I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. Bed and blanket was unclean and does not seem fresh. My recent stay at your hotel was not satisfactory. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and did not feel hygienic. I even noticed small insects inside, which was very disappointing. When I requested the cleaner to use a disinfectant, he mentioned that he could only clean with water, which is not acceptable for maintaining hygiene standards. I would request the management to take this feedback seriously and ensure better cleanliness, proper disinfection, and higher hygiene standards in the future.
