good ambience and comfortable stay a beautiful stay , HCC food is really good, especially their pizza

The room is not well maintained. The front desk in the evening shift is one of the worst I had seen in terms of his customer interaction. Further, coming to the room, the room is okay. But the washrooms are a bit smelly and messy. I somehow managed it out the night and immediately checked out in the morning by 8AM. The room was smelling of cigarette stench. overall i would give 3/10 for this.

When I checked in they gave two small beds room instead of my original reservation of single king bed, and the room was in terrible condition, the room was extremely dirty, sheets were all stained, the ac in the room was dropping water the entire night, when informed the front desk they were helpless and asked us to adjust, the bathroom was so stinky and smelled awful, there was no towel, the telephone in the room was not working had to go to the front desk to pick the towel, even that towel was stained, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed, I don't suggest anyone to stay here.

AC was not working even after informing twice no one attended us. Wash room also were not clean. Resturant was good.

It was a very bad experience to stay in the bathroom and it was not good. The amenities in bathroom were not good but old

all is good staff behaviour and cleaning and also other things, just one thing is required it's very normal required mat in room like door mats

Actually, there was no facility of sleeper and instant service support, room cleaning, bathroom cleaning, etc. Food is also less and not good.

The property location is good. Food was ok. The rooms are average but the bathroom is too congested. While talking the shower you are almost touching the komod. The komod was dirty. The shower spread was so wide that the water falls on the basin, switch boards and on your towels.

Nice rooms with nice service. The cost for the double bed room was at par with the surrounding area, but the quality was a notch above

Very foul Smell from Bath room, overall room is very small not worth for money, they r charging for breakfast but they r telling that it is complimentary, breakfast is too wort

The property was good including Comliementary breakfast. But in few essentials like towel and dental kits we have to ask from them. Even the kettle and tea coffee bags were not provided which is now a common at all hotels.

Overall, the hotel was great. I was impressed with the clean rooms and the good food at the restaurant. The only downside was the small room size, but the hotel's convenient location near many other eateries made up for it.

The hotel doesnt have basic amenities… like no towel changing… charging for water bottles.. charging for dental kit. They didnt have soaps in the washroom.. we have to order it from blinkit. And their ‘complimentary breakfast policy’, oh god… horrible…nothing at all… they have bread but no butter.. no sides…no omelette nothing.. everything was chargeable.. thet gave plastic spoons to eat. In total would never ever book this hotel again.

The property including the Location was good. But the food was not up to the mark. Can be improved.
