The location is good, the property is good , food is not there, overall it's good

The room was too filthy. We did late checkin at night 1a.m and they gave us used room even after prior information given to them. There was no towel in the room. No mineral water was there in the room. The sheets and blanket were too dirty to use. Even the staff didn't take our luggage to the room after check in. Basic amenities were missing.

Good facility supportive staff and nice location

Room was not good, Staff behivour also not good after asking for many time for a plate they haven't given, if you ask for water also they will not provide seal pack, bathroom tap always leak and if you ask for room change they will not do, breakfast was included in my booking they have horrible puri and sabji nothing else.

The overall service was average.. needed to improve in food quality and other staff as well. cause i have booked the hotel including breakfast but breakfast quality was too bad

I paid for the breakfast but while check in the hotel informed me that it will charge extra. Also service is not good. Not going to book again.

The bed was not clean, the room was very suffocating, no mineral water was available.

First of all the location was really bad. The bedsheets, blanket and the pillow covers all had stains and small hair fragments on them. After which we asked to change the bedding which again was not clean. Very unhygienic place. Would not recommend it to anyone. Believe treebo rooms would have been a better choice

Absolutely recommendated hotel to stay in pocket friendly. Staff are also cooperative and supportive.

Trust me, once you step into this hotel. They will make you feel the most unsafe place in the entire city. Please avoid it at all costs.

The hotel does not meet its any expectation, 1. In the pictures of the property you can see the room has hot water kettle in reality. It does not. Any basic room nowadays has a hot water kettle some coffee bags and tea bags 2, the rooms are dirty the blankets are dirty, evidence of earlier stay is every where with bindi stuck on head board etc. The curtains won’t work. We book 2 rooms and curtains were simply hung. You cannot fold the curtain, these rooms are clearly made for hourly need of couples not a nice place to stay. The water bottles are refilled without seal just as you enter you can see them on the counter how they are filled with tapwater. 3. The washroom does not have shower gel hand wash face wash which are given in room of 500 to 700. 4. Early check-in was allowed with the request so thumbs up for that.

The staff was quick to resolve issues and provide help whenever required. Their efficiency stood out throughout the stay.

Property was good, but food was just okay, housekeeping was not so good it was just okay but the room was very good.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Perfect for a quiet time away from the hustle.

Very understaffed, basic amenities need to be asked for and are not provided initially. Overall good stay for the price

service was average. basic toiletries were not provided even after constant reminders. constant cigarette smell. Not so appropriate for family stay since mostly bachelors stay there.

1. Staff shortage, 2. Lack of basic amenities like geyser, electric cattle, tea bags, dustbin in washroom, toilet pepper etc etc. 3. Irregular room cleaning service, bedsheet and blankets are not clean, 4. Staff need proper training for cleanliness otherwise behaviour is good.
