Hotel staff charged rs. 260 extra without any bill and also did 4:30 hours of delay in check in also the mattress condition was not good enough. Food was good.

Very bad experience. when i reached hotel, they charged rs. 300 more from me. Still i paid and when i entered the room, the i saw the room was not clean and there were stains on the pillow and bed cover. In bathroom there was no mug only a bucket and there was a pre used soap. I couldn't stay there, i checked out. Waste of money and time.

I informed ealier that i will check in late so i reached hotel at 10pm and while check in the manager charged extra rs. 620. And i had left with no option. He even closed the gate and we waited out for more than 40 minutes at roadside. No food available. Very dissapointing experience

The room were dirty and washroom was just over smelly. The staff were not responding and had to wait a long time for my basic needs
