we were stayed in Om Regengy with the cost of Rs. /- per day per room while you have charged Rs /- per day per room (about). The manager of hotel told me as you have booked room and paid directly, so you have to pay extra charge. Thus, I have /-×2 ( rooms) × 2 days= 3600/- extra. If I was booked directly to hotel, this amount will be saved. I am very sorry to say that your service charges is very very high.

The room was spacious and the location of the property is excellent but the maintenance was poor. The remote for ac and television in the room was not available. There was no room cleaning during our stay.
