Intercom was not working, so i called the reception. The person who guided me was on another attitude- told it's working fine, and when checked found not working; then got replaced, but attitude was not good. Linen was wet (feels like already used), requested to provide another, again showed attitude, didn't provide at once.

Food. Good quality Location. Very conveniently located for travels and getting transportation Facilities. Good enough to have a comfortable stay. Hygiene. Good but Bedsheets need to be changed and not merely redone for new bookings. Staff. Very courteous esp in restaurant on 7th floor Check-in. Very easy, fast & caring.

The location of hotel was good, the rooms were spacious, neat and clean.. the bathroom was well cleaned. All the kit items were available except shaving kit.. the food was good but little over priced.. the hospitality was ok types... but not bad.

The staff was extremely ignorant and rude. Food was bad. it was not worth the money. the staff was not communicating amongst themselves

The towels were not clean ,TV not connected with Wi-Fi,Directly knock at 11am sharp to clear the room..Food was good

Food quality is good.nice location overall facilities are proper but I saw little bit dirty in rooms and corridors.

Faced inconvenience during checkout due to which we missed our bus . we asked the staff to do all the checkout process one day before so that next morning we don’t get late .Other than that overall experience was good.

Staff was very compliant, food was good and it is near the main hihway which is good for connectivity

My stay at this hotel was far from what I expected. The photos on the website were misleading, as the actual condition of the hotel was quite different. One major issue was the washroom—there were no photos provided beforehand, and upon arrival, I realized why. The washroom was in terrible condition, lacking hot water, and the water flow was so slow that refreshing myself became a challenge. Additionally, the breakfast was not tasty, which added to the disappointment. However, the dinner was surprisingly good, offering a decent dining experience. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to its poor facilities and misleading presentation.

Clean and tidy rooms.a little compact though.nice location of the hotel.room service done everyday.canteen food needs improvement.

What a wonderful stay! The hospitality was exceptional, My room was so comfortable and inviting – I slept like a dream.

Hotel brahmaputra is one of the finest hotel in the guwahati city with a prime location. And the staffs are really helpful. The way staff took my bags and guided me to the room was very satisfied to me. Also the room service was enough good. Very much satisfied with the stay. Hope the next stay will also be satisfied

premium Rooms are good & club rooms also good but mini refrigerator is missing as mention in their amenities description.Everyday room service as they asked you before doing that good thing.Breakfast menu is almost same for all day & need improvement in taste and quality.room service is good . Lunch & dinner you can order in your room .for wifi you have to take everyday password that's valid for 24 hrs and also working in 1 device only for 1 person.check out time 11am everyday if you want stay for more they will charge you for half day room charge.

I always prefer to stay there for four years.. excellent location.. staff behaviour is good and rooms are hygienic.. food is ok but buffet for breakfast need to be improve.
