room is clean service is also good but room is small.but housekeeping service is excellent.i am very happy for its cleanliness and services

Stayed at both premium room (upgraded by the hotel) & club room. Rooms were good. Staffs were helpful..A-la-carte food was good. Breakfast has limited options & same menu was served during two days of my stay. Considering the type of hotel & buffet area, breakfast should have more options.

The Brahmaputra Madhukulya Hotel is very nice, clean and convenient. Consumers will not be bothered if the check in time is a little slow. Please pay attention to that. Parking is beautiful stuff are also good. thank you👍

It was a nice stay at the hotel I booked a premium room..all the facilities were available,nice behaviour of staff except breakfast items were very less could be improvised more by adding more items.

Terrible room unclean and room service was not satisfactory

Rooms were very small along with toilet sheet was exact infront of the bed.

We were 11 guys, stayed for 2 nights (24th Sep and 4th October 2025). We were on a 10 days NorthEast motorcycle road trip. During those 10 days, each and every bag as well as pocket is opened on day to day packing. In September while packing, they flicked a room key and charged us. When we reached back, we checked about the lost key, to which they refused. When we reached on 4th evening, they stole a full case of cigarettes. Our bike packing material was kept with owner's permission and was intimated to parking staff, manager and various other staff. On 4th we couldn't find the material and has been stolen.

Intercom was not working, so i called the reception. The person who guided me was on another attitude- told it's working fine, and when checked found not working; then got replaced, but attitude was not good. Linen was wet (feels like already used), requested to provide another, again showed attitude, didn't provide at once.

Food. Good quality Location. Very conveniently located for travels and getting transportation Facilities. Good enough to have a comfortable stay. Hygiene. Good but Bedsheets need to be changed and not merely redone for new bookings. Staff. Very courteous esp in restaurant on 7th floor Check-in. Very easy, fast & caring.

The location of hotel was good, the rooms were spacious, neat and clean.. the bathroom was well cleaned. All the kit items were available except shaving kit.. the food was good but little over priced.. the hospitality was ok types... but not bad.

The staff was extremely ignorant and rude. Food was bad. it was not worth the money. the staff was not communicating amongst themselves
