Food is the most weaker link in the lot. Food is very costly according to the budget and quality they provide, plus their restaurant staff needs to be properly trained and groomed, as they are least bothered about what the customer is asking. You may ask for a glass of water and the staff might be well seen roaming about doing nothing, but not bringing that glass of water.

Food can be improved. Cleaning service should also be improved. It should have ramp for elderly people to walk inside the hotel.

Many services mentioned on the app were not there. Food options are extremely limited and the menu is misleading. There is no laundry service like mentioned. The hotel is very understaffed and the employees have to skip meals to serve customers

Rooms were not good for the price. The front staff was not much helpful during check in late night. But, the manager during check out helped us.

It was good but bed sheets, linen etc.needs replacement as it is too old now. Also toilet was not properly cleaned. Behaviour of staff are excellent. Ala carta dinner was good. Buffet breakfast needs improvement.

Hotel is located a little far from the city but it is on the main road. Property is new and has a gym facility. Breakfast buffet t range to be look into, rest all is ok.

Good food, clean room, good behaviour and service. Location is on highway. Transportation is easily available. Airport movement is traffic free hardly 30 minutes.

Very very poor approach of the staffs specially the manager in reception. Breakfast included in my package and have repeatedly told them to at least serve minimum at 7 am because of my flight timing. But alas was disappointed. Very very unprofessional approach and shabby hotel specially the toilets is very very bad. Overall a terrible experience. Location is far away from the airport

Hotel rooms, bathroom, bathing water, bathroom kit, food, room service are very poor. Bathing water is coming like sewer water. I was call room service two times but they are not coming and solve my problem. After that my suggestion is this hotel is very poor and money waste hotel. I have to recommend that no any booked this hotel

They are very unprofessional. They even didn't ready the room. Already informed them about the time of arrival. Their process is very slow. Ac is not working properly. Room is smelly. Mosquito was there. Mattress was not good. Overall terrible stay.
