The hotel is in keeping with how most properties are. The staff is helpful however these are my reservations. I was checked into a room that was Ina smoking zone without soliciting my consent. I am asthmatic and had to get the room changed in no time. Ventilation in the rooms is not great. The rooms smelled mildly of mildew. The food in the hotel is pretty average. On the last day of my stay construction was undertaken at 2 pm midnight which really disturbed my sleep. I was offered to change my room a third time around in 2 days. I guess there needs to be a more professional approach in hospitality.

The stay was pleasant, the food was really good, and the overall facilities were quite satisfactory. However, I was disappointed with the additional charge levied for a towel I used after taking their in-house spa services. Ideally, I should have been advised to clean up at the spa itself, as the towel got stained due to the face pack they applied. Despite explaining the genuine reason, I was charged an amount nearly four times higher than what the regular laundry charge would have been, which felt unfair.

hi , the hotel property is new and beautiful. our room has everything we expected it to have . service is excellent, staff cooperated when we asked for an extra pillow . vibe of the room is very pleasant with proper lights and huge windows with glasses to see the outside view.the bed has a bench in front which is very convenient for sitting without messing the bed . food is also very nice . 👍

Arista Hotel Guwahati is a nice property. U stayed for three nights. Hotel Location is very good. Staff is polite and well trained. Food quality is excellent. Service is prompt. Front desk people are efficient. Overall a very good stay.
