The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a beautiful view, while the food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail reflected care and luxury, making my stay relaxing and unforgettable.

I recently stayed at Mayfair Hotel, and my experience was truly delightful from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, with the front desk staff warmly welcoming me and ensuring I felt comfortable right away. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. I particularly loved the comfortable bed and the large window offering a beautiful city view. The amenities were impressive — the fitness center was well-equipped, and the rooftop pool provided a relaxing escape after a busy day. The in-house restaurant served a delicious variety of dishes, blending local and international flavors perfectly. Breakfast had plenty of fresh options, and the service staff were attentive without being intrusive. One of the standout features was the location — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel also maintained a peaceful atmosphere despite being in a central area. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfort, and great value makes The Grand Horizon Hotel a place I’d highly recommend to both leisure and business travelers. I’d definitely love to return on my next visit.

The experience was great, they let us be in property past checkout, great pool, but you might encounter some bugs or spiders if you kept the window open especially in ground floor.

A one day trip to Mayfair Spring Valley Resort Guwahati with family was a luxury experience which made our stay most memorable with all the comfort and nostalgic moment starting from the rooms to the dining area. The area covered in hills gives a sereneness and homely feeling. The employees are proactive and diligent. Mayfair feels like a second home.

I must specially mention the bathroom – modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, adding an extra touch of comfort to the stay. The staff were courteous, humble, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the overall experience even more delightful. Food was also delicious, with a variety of options that catered well to different tastes. Overall, my stay at Mayfair Guwahati was nothing less than “super se bhi upar” 👍🏻😀. I got a call at midnight to remove my car from Parking. we faced delay in providing food. we waited for more than 1 hour for lunch.

The resort was beautiful and the management was very helpful ! Absolutely suggest this when anyone is in Guwahati !! Clean and beautiful rooms !!

Atmosphere is good ..rooms spacious ..food quality needs improvement

worst stay till date. The resort is only interested in money, service and response is extremely poor.

resort is very good and well maintained but we were given rooms below which was far away from the pool and the restaurant area and it is very tiring and time consuming always to wait for the buggy , secondly front desk staff was very rude as he denied to give us balcony room even though it was mentioned in the book voucher after a lot of argument he agreed to give us a balcony room , thirdly there is no privacy in the pool area as anyone coming from outside , means who are not even room guests are allowed to sit and click pics near the pool which is very disturbing feo the room guests , people coming to rest5should be restricted from going to pool area , moreover the changing room and the shower area around the .ain pool does not meet the standard of a 5* resort like mayfair , needs urgent upgradation with increase in the number of changing rooms and including steam and jacuzzi area also , food needs drastic improvement as the aste of the food is rediculous , thought service is very good but food needs improvement

Less golf kart to transport the customers in different areas of resort, cistern flush Knob was not working after some time, expected a premium upgrade as it was free in my booking.

everything is excellent, from Reception, stay to Checking out. The property is really God's own land

Food prices are too high . Amenities and services are good. It’s better if they reduce the prices of the Food .

Our stay was very pleasant, The property is very big and scenic. Situated on a hill top their restaurant gives a variety of options in menu . It has a pool beside the restaurant and have a beautiful garden with it .
