Atmosphere is good ..rooms spacious ..food quality needs improvement

worst stay till date. The resort is only interested in money, service and response is extremely poor.

resort is very good and well maintained but we were given rooms below which was far away from the pool and the restaurant area and it is very tiring and time consuming always to wait for the buggy , secondly front desk staff was very rude as he denied to give us balcony room even though it was mentioned in the book voucher after a lot of argument he agreed to give us a balcony room , thirdly there is no privacy in the pool area as anyone coming from outside , means who are not even room guests are allowed to sit and click pics near the pool which is very disturbing feo the room guests , people coming to rest5should be restricted from going to pool area , moreover the changing room and the shower area around the .ain pool does not meet the standard of a 5* resort like mayfair , needs urgent upgradation with increase in the number of changing rooms and including steam and jacuzzi area also , food needs drastic improvement as the aste of the food is rediculous , thought service is very good but food needs improvement

Less golf kart to transport the customers in different areas of resort, cistern flush Knob was not working after some time, expected a premium upgrade as it was free in my booking.

everything is excellent, from Reception, stay to Checking out. The property is really God's own land

Food prices are too high . Amenities and services are good. It’s better if they reduce the prices of the Food .

Everything about the property and facilities were excellent except the food menu which could have done with some more variety though the taste was good ...

Really enjoyed the ambience, flora and staff behaviour during our stay. The food, quantity and taste was top notch.

Our stay was very pleasant, The property is very big and scenic. Situated on a hill top their restaurant gives a variety of options in menu . It has a pool beside the restaurant and have a beautiful garden with it .

Had a great stay at Mayfair! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall property is just beautiful — peaceful, serene, and away from the madding crowds. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, the food experience could have been better. The breakfast spread was just okay, and the rest of the meals didn’t really meet expectations. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay and unwind, but the hotel definitely needs to improve on the food quality to match the rest of the experience.

I ordered paneer chilli but they serve me chicken. Every meal i ordered they forget something, complete food order in 2-3 trips. Ice cream order took 1 hour to deliver than also serve 1 instead of my order 2 ice creams. Worst experience

Stay was fantastic and we were in a difficult situation so they helped extra - highly recommend the two staff members present at the front desk - Sunday 20th July 2025

I loved everything about the place. The place is peaceful and located in a serene environment. I booked an Executive room with Breakfast which later was upgraded to a hill view on our arrival. The check in was quick and hassle free and the staff were so responsive and welcoming. The food was awesome and also the breakfast spread was very nice. The resort is well maintained along with the pool area. Our overall stay was very pleasant, would definitely love to visit again

Stalled food, Poor spread, Non vegetarian oil cooked for vegetarian food

pls don't let your car in this resort parking. I had lost my car wiper blades while parked by them. I complained but the did not respond

We were made to wait 30 minutes exactly after check In Time to get our rooms and our rooms had a foul, damp smell. There were no complimentary snacks in the bar and table. As given in my booking, we had to call up the reception twice, requesting for what was supposed to be complimentary. Another incident where we had complimentary hi tea in our package. When upon reaching their restaurant, we were told to meet 10 minutes. After that We were asked to sit in the lobby where they were serving Hi tea, so we asked the waiter If it was hi tea for people who had rooms he said yes, and he himself served the tea and coffee, and we assorted a plate of cookies and cakes ,as soon as we were about to sit, we were confronted, approached by two of your staff, and they confronted us saying that this was not for us. Where is our fault in that it was their fault. We had asked them prior to that if it was meant for us, he said yes and we were served by them, so who are they to embarrass us in public like that very disappointed with our second sstay in, Mayfair

Our stay at Mayfair Spring Retreat Resort in Guwahati was nothing short of amazing — truly an out-of-this-world experience! We had a beautiful pool view room which made our stay even more special. Everything about the resort, from the ambiance to the service, was simply superb. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in Guwahati!

The stay at the resort was truly worth it. The area of the resort is massive. Love the swimming pool and the Rooms and bathrooms were spacious, despite staying in executive rooms, which will not be available even in most 5 star hotels. Food was good and staff were very helpful. Had a very pleasant stay at the resort.

Property is very clean. Staff super professional. Quality food. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Very huge area. Night life there is awesome and swimming pool is love.

To start with the stay was overall good & comfortable, and the food was specifically very good, I would plan a stay again in this property for sure.
