Check in and check out took long time. I booked 2 rooms but the lady at the counter without checking the booking assumed there was booking for 1 room and gave key of 1 room. Then the manager checked and gave key for another room. Whole check in process took 20 mins even though nobody else was ahead of us Then check out it took 15 minutes. The hotel is good but the lobby outside rooms is very dark giving a dingy feeling.

Hotel Lily is an old constructed property. Lighting, hygiene, ambience of the room, though it was of good size was not upto the mark. The bed sheets were hard and not at all soft. Not a value for money. Special concern regarding no lights in the lobby. An average stay.

The food at their restaurant was delicious, especially the local Assamese dishes – definitely worth trying! One of the best parts is the central location, which makes it easy to access major parts of the city. Overall, it was a very comfortable and satisfying stay. Worst Experience – Unprofessional Staff** Very bad experience. Staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. I gave my room key to reception for cleaning, and later a cleaner entered the room, drank liquor offered by the hotel, and then I was forced to pay for it. Totally unfair. Food was also tasteless. Not recommended at all.
