Service was bad, no intercom or phone system. Towels and soaps were not provided, unless asked otherwise. No dental kit provided. Rooms were not well lit. Too much mosquitoes Others okay

The room was clean and well maintain. Perfect place to stay within the Khannapara Area. Even location was good that restaurants are nearby homestay so, no need to worry about food and all. Also kitchen facility is also available there.

Good Stay

My stay at Loktak Residency was great. Check-in is at 12 PM, but since I arrived in the morning, I was charged an extra ₹500, which I found reasonable. Everything else about the stay was perfect—the food, bathroom, and the room was excellent, and I really liked their entrance. They also keep carrom boards outside, so you can play if you’d like. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and if I ever visit again, I would prefer to stay at Loktak Residency.

Poor Stay

This loktak residency is the worst to stay. The front office boy is very bad guy. His name is saidur rehdur rehman. He told us to clean the utensils of our dinner other wise charging 100 rs for cleaning. When i asked him he started arguing with us early in the morning. Then i called the manager and we settle the matter in fone. Guys please don't visit such type of hotels.

I have personally seen this case and as far as I know, the customer was very drunk and had completely ruined the bedsheets of our hotel and our hotel does not have the facilities of a restaurant We provide self cooking facilities for which we charge Rs 100, that's why my staff demanded Rs 100
