Extremely disappointing experience! I had pre-booked a room through MMT for a couple’s stay, but upon arrival the manager rudely denied us check-in. Despite having a confirmed booking, they refused to honor it without any valid reason. This ruined our travel plans and caused a lot of stress. Very unprofessional management, completely unfriendly towards guests, and zero respect for confirmed reservations. I would strongly advise others not to trust this hotel!

The behaviour of the property owner is very nice along with the cleanliness of the room is good.

Room in the hotel was in good condition and clean. 2 bedroom offered, parking available. But, room service was bad and no market was there in walking distance

At first I would say, i never believed in online hotel booking. This was my first experience of online hotel booking. And this amazed me. Room was very nice. Neat and clean, very helpful caretaker. Even the service was very good. Regarding fooding there is very minimal option. But nothing to worry about, just take 100 m walk you can hire totto, they will charge you Rs 15 per head near to kamakhya railway station. And there is lot of options you can explore there for food. If you are travelling with family please do visit here.

Excellent homestay with a very polite and helpful caretaker. All our needs were met with proper understanding and patience. Quality of the food was also appreciable. Location is somewhat okayish but property is amazing. Will suggest anyone looking for a budget stay with non compromising service.

home type feeling ke liye thik hai kyunki agal bagal families rhte hain but actual guwahati city se kaafi distance hai to time take your hoga kisi bhi places ke liye but railway colony ke pichhe hone se sadak pe rush nahi hai peacefull mahol hai !

The property is good but location is very bad, and only two shop available in front of homestay, if you do not order food from then you will ordered from online or you can get pizza from outside the hotel, connectivity is so poor, i was not very happy

Very clean rooms, good hygiene, everyday cleaning service and polite staff.

It was a very pleasant stay. My requirements were simple - a clean toilet and a bed, since I was travelling all day and I got more than that. A special shoutout to the owner who was super helpful! Thank you so much!
