Staff behavior is friendly and excellent customer service however ac is not working

It’s good but a small suggestion and that is, it would have been better if the room where i stayed has a charging port near the bed side.

Room was ok, but cleanest there is gap

The room is fine but bedsheets, towel are maintained badly. They don't have intercom so for everything u need to go to reception or make the call. They don't have any facility, even geyser main switch is corridor. Bad experience

I did not expect an unmatched experience when i booked this hotel but i did have some expectations. Though my expectations were not high it did not even match that. I was not given breakfast when i ordered one, it was too late in coming and they were not even able to deliver what i asked for. The room was not cleaned the whole day i was away in a meeting. I had an early morning flight and the night before i don't know if it was a group of people checking-in late or something else, there was noise late at night and someone even tried to open the door to my room. I had a morning flight and while checking out there was nobody at the reception and all the exits were locked and there was another guest stuck when our pre-booked taxis were already waiting for us. The level of professionalism needs much improvement.

High room tariff with bare minimal services. No complimentary breakfast or free room water bottle provided. No variety of breakfast available. Room cleaning is a big no❗ just 2 people for providing service. Stayed for 6 days. no bathroom cleaning or room cleaning services provided. unhappy with the services. Don't choose and stay in this guest house. Far off from the city limits. The only better view was the new legislative assembly from the hotel window.

Owner and staff were friendly and helpful. The room were clean. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The guest house had breakfast options which was pretty nice.

The stay was average. Pros : nice and clean property. Toilet was big and clean. Owner was nice. Cons :there were restriction on time to enter the stay within 11 p. M we have to enter. Ac was not working properly room was not cold enough there was fan which was working better. Than ac. No promt service. No electric kettle for hot water. You will not get computerised food bill, which in my case is a problem as on business tour. It is third floor, lift is there

Polite and cooperative staff. Good safety and security with all basic amenities. Property is centrally located with good connectivity. Area around the property is clean and not crowded.
