One if the worst experience our

Overall it was good but the status of facilities should be improved more. That's it.

It's good to stay chirom hotel.

Worst experience I have in my entire life during hotel staying. No invertor facility was in my room, toilet seat broken, dirty and torn bed sheets, no pillow cover, no soap or towel, even there is no hygienic spray or extra mug for toilet. Steep and dirty entrance. Even they don't have sofas to sit in the reception, one big divan bed was there in the counter, where hotel staff sleep during night and in the day hotel guest sit there. Totally forgettable experience. I stayed there only for 2 hours. Of course, When I registered complain, Make My Trip office gave quick response to me and returned all the money immediately to my account. That is the only good experience I have got.

I found everything good in hotel. Room service was good. Just food was too expensive.

Room size is small, location is good facilities provided by them was poor, cleanliness was not good, it is 100 meter away from the Guwahati railway station, it is good to stay their for transit purpose.

Good. Value for money for short business trips. Would suggest if you have a business trip only or short stay, one can certainly avail this hotel. Plus point us its got a good communication once you step out of hotel. Hotel is clean but noise room. Mosquito are problem. Any one going for any business trip can go for this hotel. Parking car is a very big issue as there is no hotel parking available.

Value for money is costly & this owner have 2 hotel old & new Old is very dirty New hotels rooms are good but value for money is costly New hotels are just 15 days back opening & food services not start till date As per other hotel's comparison this hotels are costly.

Had problem of WiFi .. Management had shifted me to another business property. Provided WiFi with his hosptot. After 15 min .. It is disconnected. Again given by hospot on demanding .. Poor network .. Only 1 charging plug ..

Excellent location. Good for executives as location is well connected to rail station, uber and ola also easy to reach. Less oily food which is good. The manager is good in dealing with customer. Attend everyone with a smile. Good for one night stay. I would not recommend for families expecting a luxury hotel to stay here.

When I reach hotel. They said their rooms are full and no place for this hotel .. You have to go by yourself to another hotel which is far from .. And when I went to another hotel .. And the room they have given. Was so bad ... It was a bad experience overall ...

The hotel situated in the heart of Guwahati city. Near astc and railway station. The room is clean but very constricted. Water facility are good. Staff needed more for the hotel. Room service facilty absent.

ROOM was very neat and Clean ... Location is accesible. VIEW from room is awesum ... Lovely staff and cooperative people ... Would via it next time for sure. Loved the politness of all staff and breakfast was also nice

House Keeping average, no room service available. I just stay 2 hour and change the room in others hotel. Breakfast, lunch, Diner are not available, the way of hotel is not suitable for old age persons

Well first and more it's not even worth of 1 rating.. The location was in the middle of the market too noisy. Rooms as per shown in the picture was not at all satisfying as the room was partitioned in cardboard, no privacy at all, tiny rooms, bedsheets.

Very bad experience, never recommend anyone for this. Hotel was very uncomfortable, congested rooms. Windows were transparent, people can watch you from outside. Although they mentioned complimentary breakfast, but they did not gave us.

Very poor service, very bad smale and derty room. After see all of this I am not staying there, I book another hotel and lieve. I suggest everybody that don stay this hotel. I also conferm MMT about those situation but they are note taking any stap

It was very little room. Thought it provided very basic amenities like Bath towel, soap, TV with cable etc. Room was clean. Breakfast they provided was of good quality but too less to satisfy a person. Behaviour of the staff was really nice.

No room service at night receptionist in confused state. Mosquito in the room. No mosquito repelent. Under staffed hotel. Need more staff to attend all guest. Location very good. Newly built hotel so rooms are clean. Bathrooms are also well maintained.

Congested rooms. Elderly will find very difficult to climb. Noise throughout the night. Not a good place to take rest. Useful for day stay and bachelor's. Families please avoid this hotel. Really very very noisy location.
