I want to share my worst experience...first of all their staff members behaviour was not polite...then they provide me room no 207, when I enter the room, some smell was coming...i ignore that also, but when I was coming out of the room and trying to lock the room from outside, it was not locked, and when I asked them, they told that it is broken like this only, you don't need to worry,we have CCTV camera...this is the excuse from their side...then I asked them for my car parking, and they send me to an area below the overbridge and told that the open below overbridge area is their parking place , where I saw no CCTV camera, no Security guard...how can I keep my car in that open area with zero security...so I left the room without staying...yes, I gave them my details and register in their logbook, but i didn't stay at the place, rather is not convenient for me to stay...hope MakeMyTrip will consider my review and take necessary action against them...if they can't provide Parking place, then why they put in their bio that parking place is available

The stay was quite comfortable . The staff, location good. The room is clean The cleanness of the hotel is very good. Behaviour of the staff is also quite good and the location of the hotel is very significant.

The room is good and the staff is well mannered. The nearby road enjoying the trip .

Nice stay, good location good food, easily approachable by taxi and other transportation. This was my 2nd time stay

Location is nice... breakfast is uttar poor only prove two roti and one tasteless sabji... washrooms window was broken

very cheap and good hotel in the middle of the town gyser AC toilet etc good and hygiene is good staff are courteous meal is not there but in down stairs you have optiond

Very hospitable staff..and they have a lovely dog named lucy😍. They let me use a room to get fresh for my meeting even though i arrived at 7 in the morning

Nice behaviour of staff, clean rooms. It was a decent stay in your hotel, hope to stay again, food was good, hygenic rooms, easy to reach, nearby the flyover, location is excellent

As always a good stay and a friendly behavior of staff easy to get cabs from the hotel location and rooms were very clean and hygienic

Location is fine. Rooms are good but finishing work is not upto the mark. Little suffocative, due to its position.

The room was not clean properly, too much mosquito was there and the important point was they didn't give me breakfast because there was no facilities for breakfast at all, also they didn't provided me breakfast in my room but hey told we will provide in room but they didn't. But i paid for breakfast. Please take some action on that hotel. Other wise please return me back my breakfast money thanks.

The hotel is very comfortable to stay in, neat and clean. And it is just beside the main road. So it is easily accessible to any kind of transportation.

Management very poor and there is no fooding facilities rather they arrange breakfast from other restro as to fulfill the booking in make my trips, very poor.

I stayed for 2 nights. The behaviour of all staff right from from front desk to everyone was sober and nice. Room was excellent with proper functional toilet and good condition ac.

Ideal location if you are seeking medical treatment at gnrc, six mile. The hotel is adjacent to the hospital. Besides that the hotel staff are friendly and efficient. No fooding options in the hotel itself but not really an issue as there are at least 3-4 restaurants at the road level with many menu options. Rooms are just so so. Needs improvement. Can be noisy. Traffic honking is non stop. Literally along the flyover intersection. Still it is an ideal place to stay owing to its close proximity to gnrc oped

Room was nice but the services were not provided for the tarriffs charged. Even the breakfast charges were very high for the food provided. Not worthy.
