The infrastructure of this hotel is very poor. Bed sheet, pillow covers all are dirty. They gave me dirty towel and they have not changed it for 2 days. Breakfast is also pathetic. My overall experience is very bad.

Charged us extra, the food is way too expensive, and the location is disgusting

They charged us extra 5000 and said that mmt didn't pay them the total amount, they even denied to give us the recipt afterwards, the food is way too expensive and as the name say "imperial" there is nothing imperial about it and rooms are really cheap and ambience was really cheap, the staffs there were hopeless, for people visiting dispur hospital it's good as it is situated near easy access range, this hotel is a total flop, personally i would never visit this place again
