Room provided was too small . Bathroom mirror is broken and no rack in bathroom to keep toiletries.

Location - Peaceful, Near a lake, Near Market area, easily accessible Service - Clean room, sufficiently big size, staff was polite and did not disturbed during stay Food - Hotel provides food & it says outside food not allowed but, I anyways ordered. P.S. - geat room with Lake View, it is awesome

It's around 10 minutes distance by cab from Guwahati Railway Station. Although situated in a cosy lane but the room has all basic amenities and good hygiene which is tough to get in hotels near Railway Station. However only inhouse food is allowed and little costly. There are temples outside the hotel too.

Found the property via MakeMyTrip, although it was mentioned outside food is allowed inside the property, but when i reached hotel, i saw a sticker saying the opposite..Did not bother to order, instead ordered from the hotel..Coming to other points Hygiene is well mentioned, Won't get bothered about the cleanliness and hygiene

Strongly refer this for very comfortable stay at a veryreasonable price. The staff is very good ,the room is very neat and clean

I have booked two rooms in one room AC was nit working properly and in another room the water pressure in washing area is too low and but else its an average stay its quit far from station but near Zudio and you can find shops near-by and property is not that old if management stay attention to such minor issues than we can recommend this

window lake park view is great located on main road.Hotel is well clean and especially staff is very humble and cooperative..good to stay at guwahati and well in budget

The staffs and Manager were very well behaved and as far amenities concerned they are very reasonable corresponding to price of the hotel, I stayed in king sized bed with lake view, along with my family, it was overall a good experience for me.

A very good choice to stay in Guwahati as per it's location...if you are a tourist & wish to explore the famous visiting places i.e. Maa Kamkhya Temple, Regional Science Center, Asam State Zoo cm Botanical garden, Umananda temple, Fancy Bazar etc... clean & well behaved staffs...

I had a pleasant stay at Urban Suites. The place was clean, bed and bedspreads were hygienic, and the staff members were very hospitable.

Property is good location is good Food facilities r not good Staff are good rooms r not properly clean 🧼 washroom are good 😊 etc

small and shady hotel.stating lake view king size bed room.on the contrary property is facing dirty fountain pond which is not even having water. no power backup for AC. we did not stay here and had to book Novotel last minute.very disappointed.
