There was no towel brush in the bathroom. There were no clothes to fly in the room. central ac did not work and there was no fan in the room. Breakfast was not appropriate

Worst experience ever in my life. Hotel not cleaned, housekeeping not available, breakfast not available, not any soap available, dogs and cats running in side hotel, to bar available,

Interested. No power in the morning asked start the generator hotel said it will take time. Very poor service

The hotel is not as described and images. There is no light in the corridors, washroom has no water drain. No sanitary maintenance and also not providing bill on request as well. Very arrogant manager not even listening what we are saying.

Very unhygienic, dirty washroom, especially the commode. Trashes piled up at the corridors, lack of staff, and no facilities available as mentioned in the listing like restaurant, bar. Even the tv wasn't working.

Absolutely unprofessional dysfunctional hotel. Had to change it at 8pm

1. The property was getting closed down - mm t has no information while accepting the booking. Mm t is at fault too. 2. The property was poorly maintained. 3. There was little provision for breakfast. 4. There were zero guests in the whole property except 2 of us - the hotel was declining everyone since they were closing down. 5. The central ac was out of order - the reception, passages & the restaurant were very hot, humid, stinky & unhealthy. 6. The room was big, the house-keeping offered good service, they arranged breakfast for one day, although with no choice for the guests. 7. The staff was surprised to receive us when we reached there - they had no information. 8. The bathrooms should be better. 9. The elevator was out of order for 2 days - 80 stairs up to the 4th floor - 3 times a day is what we had to do. 10. No dg set backup. Very sad & very bad experience from mmt. The mm t team did an extremely bad job. 10.

Overall a good experience. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had good spread with good veg options.

I have stayed many times when the hotel was called cygnet repose. Then it was excellent in all respects. But now no amenities, no proper services, zero maintenance.

Poor room quality. No breakfast options. Poor service. No room service. No hot water. Poor structure

Very old property, not well maintained , small rooms , smelly bed and pillows . Toilets are not cleaned well . Breakfast is horrible , starts at 8 probably. Staffs are okay , just care , nothing much.. Location is in ideal place , but heavy traffic all the time nearby.. just for day sleep this hotel is fine !! I stayed 3 nights … Was pathetic.

Wrist experience. Food quality is very unhealthy and poisoning. Room, bath area, toilet area was wrist condition even we booked a suit room. Management is very unpolite. This was my wrist experience in my life.

The rooms are clean and they were a phone call away for any issues raised. I really liked the variety in the breakfast menu. Overall it's worth the money you pay and one can stay here with family too. Only this is it's far from the airport.

Totally wasted of money. I booked 2 deluxe club room with king size bed. They provide my room after 8hours of long wait and said to adjust in a very small room but we paid more. very dirty room and all clothes. Bothroom is not even to see the condition. room service are too slow. Odd smell from all rooms. very rude behaviour from night duty manager. Room pics are totally different as shown here..

Ac is not working from past 1day and still they are taking booking. We don't have any option so we stay. Food is also below average. Overall i will never stay in this hotel again. This is my first stay in guwahati so i manage. But mmt should give me reimbursement against this.

Poor house keeping hotel not maintained poor room assistant foul smell towels not providing 2nd day ac not working soap. Tooth brush is not providing not value for money very pathetic

I have stayed here for more than 15 times and i can say that the hotel service has become very poor. No water in the toilets for 2 days and dirty rooms and linen
