Hotel Apollo Grand (G.S.Road)

Premium Hotel at very genuine rate, excellent room service 24 hrs, friendly staff. Room and toilet was very clean and hygiene.

Location: - Centrally located in the heart of the city. Positive Aspects: - Professional staff. - Good amenities provided. Drawbacks: - Confusing entrance. - Poor hotel maintenance. - Signs of leaking on the ceiling. - Damp bed sheets with a peculiar odor. - Insects in the bathroom and toilets. Overall Impression: This hotel has great potential and could be exceptional if maintenance issues are addressed.

Ac is not working, and some more problem facing there and food cost is very high So my experience was very bad for this hotel.

Had a good stay. Hotel is good and new. Bathroom is spacious and with amenities like hot water. Food at the cafe is served fresh and new. I appreciate the waiter boy for honesty when they couldn’t provide the ordered dish cause the beans got spoiled but provided us with alternative. And thanks to Disha Medak and others for the wonderful service.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The water line remained dirty throughout the day, and the mobile charging point in the room was not functional & limited power socket. Despite reporting these issues, the staff’s response was poor and lacked any sense of urgency. They operate AC & Geyser connection from their own and turn off AC & Geyser during staying in room. The overall maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service need serious improvement to meet basic hospitality standards.

Hotel Appolo Grand is really grand, I didn't expect initially seeing its price at such a location on GS road. But after reaching the hotel I was astonished. I already knew the location as a frequent traveler to Guwahati. But the culinary skills, the washroom, the bedding, each and every detailed item that anyone may need, they have provided without asking. The view of GS road in the evening was awesome. They are ready anytime to help their customers by going out of the way. Overall it is a complete hotel. Its price looks very cheap but don't be confused by comparing its cost in such a posh area. Just come once and you will fill everything yourself.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The food served was delicious and offered great value for money. Everything I needed was conveniently located within walking distance, and the hotel’s location in the heart of the city made it easy to get around. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and disciplined, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!

We found a cockroach in the food served to us . Moreover, even the room had cockroaches, which we had shown to the housekeeping staff during our stay. They assured us that the issue would be addressed and mentioned that breakfast would be offered as a gesture of apology. However, as we had an early check-out, which we had already informed the staff about the previous night, we neither received the breakfast nor any adjustment or discount on the bill for the inconvenience faced. The overall experience was highly disappointing, especially considering the hygiene standards expected from your establishment. I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I need a refund because i had to shift hotel at 1 AM due to fire, no fire alarms were working, my room got full of smoke and burning smell

Not satisfied need improvement too Things are not up to the mark. Need some more improvement like staff and roll those.

Had a good two nights stay at Hotel Apollo grand..The food is superb,staffs are courteous but got a little unsatisfied because there is no hot running water.Management please look into it..Overall it was good and am gonna rate it 4 star.

Overall experience is good as expected. Prime location. Stayed there for a medical visit. Food quality is also good.

wifi is a major problem . the signal doesnt reach at 3rd floor. there was no AC at dining hall so you sweat while eating
