Hotel Apollo Grand (G.S.Road)

It was excellent stay for me during last 2 days. Overall enjoyed my stay. Hotel staff was courteous.

Had a good two nights stay at Hotel Apollo grand..The food is superb,staffs are courteous but got a little unsatisfied because there is no hot running water.Management please look into it..Overall it was good and am gonna rate it 4 star.

Overall experience is good as expected. Prime location. Stayed there for a medical visit. Food quality is also good.

wifi is a major problem . the signal doesnt reach at 3rd floor. there was no AC at dining hall so you sweat while eating

. The place looks like a run-down mall converted into a hotel. The bathroom was spacious but unbearably hot with no central AC, and the room AC didn’t work either. The lift was tiny and claustrophobic. I checked out immediately after noticing all this — total waste of money since I had already paid online. Avoid this place.

First of all the Hotel is located just near road side. Food was hygienic. Amenities is too good but I think Air condition control should be in room, their AC control system is central. At last I want to say about staff, their staffs are very good behaviour

The stay was awesome the food was good.The location was great everything was nearby the malls were near too

Property location was good . It was in the main spot. Food was awesome and service is also good. The male staffs are also professional but the one female receptionist i got to meet is very unprofessional. I wonder how she got placement on a hotel management. She started shouting slangs behind client with a unprofessional way to someone in a phone which we didn't like at all.

The Room cleaning and the food was not good. Whatever you order they will give their own recipe. No proper charging system in the room, one has to charge the mobile either removing the cattel or TV.

Only the location of the hotel is good otherwise all is zero No service at all staff are not cooperative ,become old in very short span of time

There was no sense of responsibility/hospitality amongst the staffs. We had to ask for everything as a guest, and the quality of service and products were also very poor.

This was my repeat stay. Food quality is very good. Rooms are also decent. Employees are very helpful and well groomed.
