Property and location is good but bathroom is not well maintained

Had a nice & pleasant stay. The property is situated at a premium location and is just adjacent to GS Road.

The hotel's overall atmosphere was not good at all. Waiter alone in the canteen for more than one hour for dinner on complaint they said staff is not there. This is the first service from Make my trip with respect to hotel and the experience has been terrible. The hotel interior and outlook was not as eye-catching as shown in the pics.

Food is worst can’t eat should change their cook doesn’t know how to cook and proper no knowledge of dishes and rooms also out dated

They have food issues they have very poor food service and they don’t response quick sometimes asking for breakfast they will say let me confirm sir breakfast is available but the time is 8:30 morning breakfast should be available and even charing for the paneer paratha no paneer inside .. last day i order 2 plates of egg kosha .. they send me one when i called that service boy from behind chef was saying its time to go home tell the guest to adjust with one plate …Where else i ordered 2 plates

I have booked a best room which is highest in price but there is no phone in the room more over the room is very dirty some how I manage to stay at night. I have paid for two nights but I stayed only for a night couldn't able manage in MW Hotel. Next day I booked in ornate and moved on.

- Elevator didnt work, rooms are dusty, no extra blankets were given and food tools hours and hours to prepare, not to mention that they missed our order. Even breakfast had to wait for about 40 mins. The building seems old and dusty.

location is good, but hotel is under renovation. Lots of noise at night. food is not good. Room cleaning is good. serves expired food. please check label before consuming

I have stayed in hotels across the globe, but my experience at MW Hotel in Guwahati has been the most disappointing. The hotel has unreasonable policies—most notably, they do not allow outside food. This becomes especially problematic if a guest is unwell or simply does not wish to eat from the in-house restaurant. What are guests expected to do in such situations—go hungry? The hotel's cleanliness is very unhygienic, and the staffs are unprofessional and rude in their interactions. I booked my stay through MakeMyTrip, where the hotel's policies were misleading. In one section, it states that Zomato and Swiggy deliveries are allowed, while elsewhere it says outside food is not permitted. This inconsistency caused unnecessary stress during my stay. Thankfully, MakeMyTrip’s customer support was helpful, and after raising the issue, I was exceptionally allowed to order food from outside. However, this experience has left a very negative impression. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The breakfast provided by the inhouse restaurant of the Hotel was pathetic and it was so much oily that it was uneatable.

The rooms were good. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner.Room service was up to the addition, the dishes was also good.

Room is good. Bathroom not upto the mark. There is no separation between wet and dry area in bathroom.

It just isn’t safe for girls. Very secluded. No much staff so it seems a little scary. Rooms are okay.

Hotel room was good. Room Service and breakfast are ok. But unfortunately I did get my refund although I had checked out two days earlier. My question is if they cannot refund my money why do they take all the money in advance? So ultimately it was a very bad experience for me.

hotel is excellent, owner is also highly cooperative but do not stay right now for few months because renovation is going on and reception is on very bad situation, rooms are very good but care taker neither understand Hindi not english. very good experience but in future

The hotel is situated at a prime location in gs road khanapara. The roadside facing rooms are really amazing with a mountain view. Rooms are spaciousa and clean. At present due to renovation restaurant service is not available so they provide us the breakfast only. Staff behaviour is very good. Looking forward to stay again in near future. Needs improvement in food service and ac. Rest it was an awesome staying experience. The location of the hotel mw is at the prime point of guwahati city. The road side view as well as the mountain view from the room is really amazing. The breakfast is also good only the restaurant needs to be built as soon as possible, presently the restaurant is out of service. Rest everything is perfect. Looking forward to staying in the hotel in the near future again.

worst experience ever. very very dirty room and the room is extremely congested. in the bathroom one can barely move

I recently had the pleasure of staying at mw hotel, and i can honestly say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless and quick, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was absolutely stunning, spacious, and meticulously clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The view from my window was breathtaking, adding an extra touch to my stay.

It was a wonderful stay. Staff are really helpful. Even the owner behaviour is good. Food quality was good.
