Review Of The Lily Hotel

Check in and check out took long time. I booked 2 rooms but the lady at the counter without checking the booking assumed there was booking for 1 room and gave key of 1 room. Then the manager checked and gave key for another room. Whole check in process took 20 mins even though nobody else was ahead of us Then check out it took 15 minutes. The hotel is good but the lobby outside rooms is very dark giving a dingy feeling.

Rooms are good and specious. Need a fresh makeover. Quality of towels and toiletries need to improve. Food quality was good in breakfast.

Hotel Lily is an old constructed property. Lighting, hygiene, ambience of the room, though it was of good size was not upto the mark. The bed sheets were hard and not at all soft. Not a value for money. Special concern regarding no lights in the lobby. An average stay.

last minute booking. good location... but very old fashioned... needs an urgent upgrade... has a stake smell too

It was in a good location, clean, attentive and helpful services, clean pool, and excellent hospitality especially the banquet and party team as well as the front desk and back of the house services. The Karaoke experience was wonderful too.

AC and ventilation is not working, door lock is also not working , it was not open by key again and again.

The hotel is in a prime location. Restaurant and the food is exceptional. Amenities and services are well satisfied.

Nice and comfortable stay. Really loved the hospitality.

The hotel is to be maintained with cleanliness and there is foul smell in lift

Ok, in your room service, means in the freeze there are some items like Chocolate, Chocolate Bull, etc.which are I think free for me, but during the billing time, it was added in my bill. What is this? I don't like this type.

The food at their restaurant was delicious, especially the local Assamese dishes – definitely worth trying! Worst Experience – Unprofessional Staff** Very bad experience. Staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. I gave my room key to reception for cleaning, and later a cleaner entered the room, drank liquor offered by the hotel, and then I was forced to pay for it. Totally unfair. Food was also tasteless. Not recommended at all.

The room was well-equipped and comfortable, and the location was great for exploring the city. The breakfast was good, but the Belgian waffles were a bit small. Overall, it was a good stay, but the price spread between room sizes seemed a bit large

Room is ok ,hotel location is in centre to go to any place. Facilities are also good Food is good but doesn't suite for south indians.

Location, Rooms , Safety & Food all good. Hotel staff are cordial & prompt in reaching out. My 2nd stay & looking forward too!
