terrible experience, staff are coming and going inside the room in our absence. One evening we came back to the room after dinner, by getting the strong smell of cigarettes and found one half used cigarette packet and a match box kept at our table. We complained at reception by getting frightened by this incident. but reception counter doesn't solve the problem, they just said " avi to cctv footage nhi milega, kal subha hi available hoga etc etc". Next day we checked out from the hotel. It is just not accepted for such a big and famous hotel

Excellent rooms neat and comfortable. Location is central and accessible to all places. Food was good . Mmt rates are cheaper than direct bookings.

Front office staff was extremely welcoming and all staff were extremely helpful. Enjoyed my stay

The stay is quite comfortable. Hospitality is also good. Two things stood out - Rooms have noise from the roadside and breakfast options are tad bit limited.

food was not as expected according to the price I paid. Bathroom light was not working, the shampoo container was stinking. however, the room service was fast and the friendly staff

The air conditioner wasn't working properly and the room was not good. The food quality wasn't good and it was too spicy.

The experience of the hotel was really bad, I booked breakfast and lunch / dinner at there, but they are providing limited menu for lunch and breakfast, property is not upto level 4 star.

The location is excellent, food was great, mini bar and snacks was already available with paid service. The service was also good.

The hotel is good, friendly and kind all are good and clean, it’s a good hotel

first when we reach the hotel ,there was no water even to take bath ,the toilet flush wasnt working properly, we had to shift to the other room ,but there again the AC was abnormally noisy so we shift to other room again and there again the room could not be locked from inside n some staff kept opening the door without pressing the bell or knocking, overall experience was very bad , the only good thing abt this hotel was food.

The stay was comfortable with a very polite staff and good food available at all times. The hotel is also located in the city hub

The staffs are exceptionally friendly and courteous. Room rates need a little adjustment to cater to more guests.
