Small rooms..staff does not listen.. ask for water bottle and you will never get it.. whilr checking out the staff keeps the stuff on GF and runs aways.. rooms are very bad..very conjested...

The place is really nice and a cozy place to stay in, though situated at the centre of the main market of Guwahati, Paltan bazar the place provides an ambience of its own, free from the din and bustle of a city. The only drawback if I have to mention one, is the lift, which I feel is the weakest link in the place providing excellent food though a bit on the higher side to the inmates residing in the hotel
