The hotel location is nearby airport hence it's very convenient for flight travellers. Rooms are as per 5 star standards and food as well. There is no alcoholic drinks served in the hotel but you can bring your drink in the room. The food was good and the breakfast spread was also good. Overall I had a good experience.

The hotel is one of the finest that one can find near the airport. The staff in the hotel makes the visit worthwhile. They understand and take care of every single request which made our trip perfect. Breakfast buffet had some delicious food to offer as well.

Rooms are clean and the one I booked was spacious, food is good and of reasonable rate, ....The hotel is very close to airport and they arranged for airport pick up and dropping at no additional charges. But the service is terrible....for lunch I had to wait for 1.5 hrs after placing the order and when it did come , it was incomplete.....For dinner , I wanted to place the order at 8 pm anticipating delivery of order by 9.30 pm, ...I was told it will take 15min to serve, so they asked me to place order before 15 to 20 min...again the order arrived late and incomplete. ...there was an issue with flush in washroom, and I had to wait for long time to get it sorted after repeated calling ..overall I would rate the service as 1 out of 10....

Very close to airport. Prompt pick up from airport arranged by hotel. Very helpful and polite front desk and all other staff. Rooms are very good with all the amenities. Good breakfast. A nice gift ( Wireless neckband ) was given at the time of checkout. Overall excellent experience and I will stay again.

I had come back and stayed in this hotel as I kind of liked the experience I had the first time I was here. I like the fact that it is near the airport and they shuttled me for my flight. The room was neat and tidy but the AC didn't work as I expected and it became hot without turning the fan on, I didn't understand why when I turned the fan down the temperature increased significantly in the room.
