Awesome Palace, Airport Road

Excellent Awesome Palace, Airport Road with great customer service par excellence. Room service and kitchen staff members are highly responsive in meeting customer needs. They even provided Jain food options which were not their on their regularmenu card. Also greatly appreciate the reception team who arranged my early morning pick-up from airport and helped to get early morning Mata Kamakhya darshan. Their support in going above and beyond the call of duty is really admirable. All the room fittings and layout were top class. Certainly come back and stay at the same place if I get the chance to come to Guwahati again in future.

Rooms and house keeping services was on point, staffs I recently had a wonderful experience at a Awesome Palace, Airport Road! The rooms were always clean and well-maintained, making the stay so comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job, ensuring everything was spotless. Furthermore, the employees were incredibly kind and always ready to assist. I highly recommend this place for a great stay! humble and helpful

Stay was excellent , neat rooms great service , as promised they had arranged a shuttle pickup from airport . There is also ample parking in the cellar . All the staff are well behaved and courteous . The only thing that needs improvement is the restaurant - be it the complimentary breakfast , in house dinning (service is too slow ) and Also there is a need for improvement in the quality of food .

I just did a quick MMT search for a Awesome Palace, Airport Road near airport, initially I was perplexed but when I checked in it was very pleasant neat well maintained super clean beds curtains TV washroom was like my own ones I am amazed to see so well maintained. Courteous staff very friendly & Pranap is they behind the scenes kudos to Awesome palace it’s was really awesome

I am extremely grateful to all the staff of this beautiful HOTEL AWESOME for their best hospitality and services, Very nice and clean, only I request the Hotel authority to work for more spacious car parking, otherwise everything is OK. Thanks to all for a memorable stay. The location is very good.

Outstanding food ,nice rooms But hospitality was not upto the mark, and the thing that i dont like most about the Awesome Palace, Airport Road i.e they doesn't provide complementary packaged drinking water at stay which most of the Awesome Palace, Airport Roads do

We as a family stayed in this Awesome Palace, Airport Road.. it was an awesome experience.. neat and clean rooms, delicious food and the star point is its close proximity to airport and complementary airport transfers provided by the Awesome Palace, Airport Road..

Pickup & drop location nearby Airport facilities like light refreshments ln the room. Rooms were clean and tidy beds arranged neatly. Restaurant was fine service by the staff was excellent. And the end the was fine.

I stayed for a night with my group of 11 people... Rooms were spacious and clean. Quite luxurious. Location is very near to the airport. They provided free of cost Airport Drop. Food served was delicious.

Good location. Very near to airport and accessible to tourist places...within 20-25 km radius. Polite, attentive and humble staff. Clean room. Great view from restaurant. Good food with decent breakfast buffet. Live music in evening.
