SPOT ON Nirvaan Guest House

There is no food service from this hotel. Location is good. Dirty bathroom, bad smell, stayed like in hell.

I had to pay extra money to stay such a nonsense service, i want my money back, even they don't give any complimentary breakfast

Didn't check in immediately, charged extra for room saying charges are not proper and they can't give room in such low pricing, made to wait for long hours during check in and started to ask for checkout early morning itself, no amenities, room is small, hard bed, no water and towel, no glass and tv, caretaker is pathetic they charge for breakfast but don't provide anything when asked keep saying we can't do it

They should change the bedsheets, pillow covers and clean the entire room and bathroom. If this can be done, then there will be an improvement in this guesthouse. Other than that, it's good for those who land at night or departing early in the morning because we can check in any time, even if it's late at night.

Location bad, no food facility, rate shown n actual rate is differ. Very bad experience hate it dont

When i reached there, they don't check in me because of room rate i booked my room on make my trip & the price of room is 862 but they are saying if you give 200 more rupees then you can check in if not you can't check in i am staying 1and half hours for outside the room. This kind of hotel is not good for the traveler. I can't see this kind of hotel is before

There was no ac in the rooms. We had to pay extra to use the ac. The bathroom had no water in the morning and when we called the guys there they didn’t respond at all. We had a early morning flight and it was quite inconvenient for us to get ready

Even though they don't have any water class in their room, the bathroom door is broken in room no 204

Ac room is too costly. The bathroom door had no lock. The room was not clean. The room was very small in size. Overall a bad choice.

Totally worst. I have never seen such guest house. Don't come here. Very dirty. Nothing any services. Even a glass of water.

The stay in the guest house is worst, firstly the basic amenities of the room is not there, the fan sound like anything, soap was not provided for bath, not even given a bottle of water. The behaviour of the owner also not so friendly. They even did not give me bills for the stay saying i need to OYO to get the stay bill. The cleanliness also a worst, there is cockroach in the room.

There is no good badsheet, pilow, blanket, towel etc, too small bathroom, tv is not working, and no wifi facility, no drinking water facility. I don't capture the room

Provided room did not have lock on the bathroom door. Room was dirty. Staff was helpful but they don’t have senses regarding hotel hospitality.

The bed was not in a good condition. The lock of the toilet was not working. The room was very congested. It does not look like the room we saw while booking.

Average room, location is in a dark shady lane, nothing much to get around the area. Only good thing is close to airport.

The infrastructure is too cute nd colors used are bright. Big rooms small gallery making it look like a mountain house in 90s bollywood movies. The staff was very welcoming although basic necessities like breakfast was not provided by them. Not even a chi we asked for. Basically u can stay there but the food was completely on u. But they would help u find a good food stall. Overall it was a good stay )

The hosts was not so welcoming. The place itself is substandard and the facilities is not up to the marked. Overall the staying experience was not up to the expectations. The location was not so well connected. Thank you
