Had a pleasant stay at Poona royal, the staff is really very good specially Snehal. Helped with the smooth checkin and check out formalities.

The property is in a very good location — metro station and bus stops are nearby, which makes commuting very convenient. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is professional and courteous. It’s a great option for corporate stays. However, the main downside is that there’s no kitchen facility available, which could be a drawback for long-term or self-catering guests.

Stay was nice. Room and Washroom neat and clean. Staff is courteous. Location good for business traveller. Rooms are small... need provision for desk and chair in Roo No kitchen so you don't even get Tea/Coffee or breakfast. Need basic kitchen set up to serve Tea Coffee and bread atleast.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Only problem is that rooms on the road-side are very noisy due to traffic. Rooms on the non-road side don't have queen size bed. So, one has to choose a room very carefully. Also, just to be aware, the hotel doesn't have a restaurant.

The room was very spacious, clean with good ventilation. The guys at the desk were very helpful. It is just next to PCMC Metro station, so it was very convenient for us to commute. Highly recommended.

Too bad literally worst experience! they canceled my initial booking and gave the worst hotel to us. There is no water jug / hot water kittaly / bed also in bed condition / smell in room / we are very much upset to stay there

The kettle and mugs were not cleaned. Bathroom exhaust fan sounds loudly.

This hotel is very good for families and singles. I have stayed in this hotel for 6 days continuously. The hotel room is cleaned every day. I give this hotel 9 rating out of 10 marks.

Good neat hotel within the city. New hotel with lift facility.

The service was very poor. Getting a hotel invoice was also very delayed. The rooms are very small in size.
