We stayed on the 1st floor of the property. The exhaust fan was not working so complained to the owner but they didn't take it seriously. Already from that location it is easily approachable to nearby tech parks and restaurants

They did not allow check in as rooms were sold out . Called customer care but did not get any alternate accomodation. Customer Care executive confirmed that you won't get any alternate accomodation at 3.30am in the morning. You take money plus I took the insurance cover but I didn't got any compensation also. Pathetic service.No responsibly for bookings you took

Room were decent and upto the mark. Bathroom is small but it's manageable . Staff is polite . location is close to Radisson Blu Hinjewadi

Firstly, it was not at all townhall experience the rooms did the had much privacy and it was felt like an old flat not a hotel room. I took my car there at night no one was there for the gate to be opened and overall had a very experience. And mmt also didn’t allowed me to cancel the booking post 10 mins of booking which is not acceptable as a loyal customer whi books hotel, flight from mmt only. Please review your policies once and get these kind of hotel checked as they get fake ratings which is like trapping customers

Good but can be improved more. They did not provide towel. The cleanliness was okay okay. Location is a plus point.

It was very dirty. Extremely dirty. Do not be fooled by the pictures. Wifi was good. That was the only good thing because there was little to zero connectivity for airtel.

The room was fine but the washroom was tiny and the staff was a bit lazy. The room was clean and comfortable.

The property is based on a decent location with pgs around and lots of dining options mess options the checkin is smooth and hassle free and the rooms are well equipped with wifi and other amenities a very reasonable property for a solo person or couple who intend to stay for shorter duration
