rooms are dirty and not the same as pics.the location is too terrible not easy to find poor accommodation

Sabse ghatiya experience! Main life mein pehli baar kisi hotel mein itni gandi halat dekhi. Room ke andar gatar ke khule chamber the, jiski badbu se tikna mushkil ho gaya. Saaf-safai to zero thi, sheets aur bathroom dono gandagi se bhare hue the. Staff ka behavior bhi itna badtameez aur non-cooperative tha ki insaan pachtaye ki yahan rukne ka socha kaise. Aisa laga jaise paisa barbaad kar diya aur apne health ko khud risk mein daal diya. Kisi ko bhi yeh hotel recommend nahi karunga — agar apni sukoon ki neend aur izzat chahte ho, to isse door hi raho. Worst experience ever!

This is the worst experience my whole life in this hotel, staff misbehaving to customer and also extra of charges many facilities ( water, toiletries ) , room was not cleaned properly water shuffle on floor. One of the most bad worst for me toilets chamber in this room. This is extremely bad hotel. I don't want to go anymore in this hotel.

When i reached the hotel for stay they denied for check in, because they told property is sold out. I had to wait there for more than 1. 5 hours. Even receptionist was very rude. I would never suggest this property to anyone. But makemytrip agent was supportive and allotted other stay in hotel. I would thank you monu singh, for his great support. Thanks and regards

Terrible experience 1. Room' s are very dirty and smelling very bad. 2. Bad and blankets are very dirty. 3. No attach bathroom. 4. No food service. 5. Hotel manager firstly denied for room because of booking, when i have told is secured then they said either you wait 2 hour or pay extra for for upgraded room. At the name of upgraded room they provide as above discribe room. My suggestion: never ever go for this hotel.

First of all the description and picture of the property differ very widely ac was not working no other amenities that was mentioned was not in the rooms, bugs were roaming in the rooms. There was only bed and bedsheets and nothing was in the room and owner claimed it was one of the best room of the hotel.

Wonderful hotel experience i had. We went for one day. The day spent was good. Facilities are many and lovely.

Our needs were fully met by the room service, and they served us quickly. We will definitely return.

All the facilities and services offered by the hotel were too good, they arrange everything we need on priority basis. Apretiation to the team.

At first, they denied entry saying they don't offer rooms booked by mmt. After a while, they offered a room after i connected with customer service. Awful behaviour of manager at the desk. He doesn't know how to talk with customer. Was very rude.

Appreciated the budget-friendly rates without compromising on cleanliness or safety.
