Essentia Premier Hotel Pune Wakad

Location is good. The lane itself is a bit isolated but it's right in the vicinity of main areas within the locality. Rooms are well equipped and decently sized. Bathroom amenities are good. However what can improve is their hospitality. We were there to attend a bereavement in the family and the management wasn't willing to show any flexibility even with a request to have breakfast 30 mins past the normal time. Had to do a lot of back and forth for something basic as this. Especially didn't like the attitude of their F&B / Restaurant manager called Mr Sirmran who didn't even bother to come and speak to me despite a request from my end. Not sure if these service levels will help them run successfully in the long run. This was my first and last stay with Essenti Location is good. Room- Very clean and classic look. Provided all the basic things which needed. Television provided with ott. Ac quality was good. Overall worth for money. Dining - Little bit expensive you will feel but according to this type of quality Essentia Premier Hotel Pune Wakad it's suitable. food was delicious 🤤. Staff- Staff was polite and friendly. They will provide you food in room also and will serve for you too. very professional staff. Parking- Good parking area. Overall very good experience to stay in this Essentia Premier Hotel Pune Wakad. g

Excellent staff , quality of food and nice clean rooms . Housekeeping needs to attend to details a little more - example toilet paper and toiletries weren’t replenished
