The hotel was difficult to find. The hotel name was same as many other Oyo hotels in the vicinity. The hotel name didn't have the word 'Super' as mentioned in the booking. The reception was shabby and didn't have a proper receptionist to welcome or take care of the booking.

There was no breakfast and mmt has taken the breakfast fee

I’d like to share my experience. The room was decent, with a clean washroom and comfortable bedding. However, I noticed that room service was unavailable during my stay. Additionally, basic amenities like soap and towels were not provided, and when I called the hotel service for a water bottle, they said, "Okay, we’ll provide it," but then ignored the request and never delivered it. Overall, room service was very disappointing. I hope this feedback helps.

Decent place but the staff is quite unprofessional. Early morning checkout, the staff was sleeping at the reception. Moreover dental kit wasn't provided even after claiming that it'll be provided. Also, there was no desk in my room even after the pictures showing a desk in the room
