Hotel O Malavli Lonavala

First they denied the check in even after payment was done, no proper water supply, no towels, no bathing essentials. We stayed for 3 nights ..and every time I ask for towel he says I will get it in 5 mins but no proper response and no proper service. It was my mistake to do the payment before check in. Guys don’t do that mistake. First check the property and then book. Horrible service. No one at reception for assistance.
