Airport Guest house- A boutique stay

The rooms were fine, a bit smaller than it looked on the images but they had all the required amenities. The food was good and the service was also adequate.

Feeling extremely disappointed with the experience. The Royal Suite room was stinking, the door handle was damaged, and the geyser was not working. No one answered the calls from the room, and the food quality was pathetic. In short, please do not recommend this property to anyone.

Guwahati as a city has very skewed stay options. There are budget stays ( within 2k) or luxury stays ( averaging around 10-15k and upwards) It was very difficult to find a decent option. The hotel was quite disappointing since the photos in the display were quite different from reality. The property and room in particular had a lot of stains, the fixtures commodes in the bathroom were very old and worn out. The pillows and bedsheets were literally smelly. The staff was however quite courteous. We needed a few hours layover between flights and hence chose this property because of its proximity to the airport. For an over night stay, would not choose it again, though.

The property's location is very good and very convenient to find. However, I was unhappy about the general cleanliness of the place. There is poor maintenance of furniture and the sheets did not look very clean. The walls were also not well maintained, and had a drawing by a kid in the room that was given to me.

The property is situated in a very convenient area. It strikes a great balance between accessibility and tranquility—close enough to major attractions, restaurants, and transportation, yet far enough from heavy noise and congestion. Whether you’re exploring the city or traveling for business, the location makes getting around very easy

The property didn't feel bad at the beginning but they allotted me a dull and small room at first because my check-in time was quite early, 8:00 am to be precise (about which I had mentioned them twice prior to booking once and after booking once earlier to the check-in day). When I inquired about the check-in time over the phone, they told me only if a deluxe/premium room was booked, I would be given the early check-in facility and the same facility would not be provided with an executive room. The receptionist at first told me that she would change the room as soon as possible but after inquiry at around 9:00 am she told me that I would have to stay in the same room they had allotted earlier because they had managed it with someone else. I felt so unhappy in the room allotted to me during those hours. Till 12:50 pm I was sitting in the same small and un-facilitated room until I went down and informed them that the room (Room number - 105) doesn't even have a chair to sit on and doesn't look like the pictures they had shown of a deluxe room in MakeMyTrip. Immediately, the lady at the reception desk on that day said that one room has become empty and I can transfer my luggage there. But if I wouldn't have asked for the booked deluxe by myself twice, they wouldn't have allotted me the same.

Location is very suitable. I feel food , amenities & room services are very good.
