Rooms were very very small, ac was not working and they also denied a room change because there property was full

We had a very good stay ,rooms were comfortable and spacious, food at the restaurant was good . Very close to airport.

Stay was good with clean rooms , accessible to airport , food was tasty and cooked healthy . Staff was very accommodating

Good stay, well maintained, delicious food and clean. Ac was working well and all other things were good

The food in the restaurant was good and the bathroom was neat. However, there is no courtesy among the staff. We came in as a couple with two cabin luggage and one check-in luggage. There were three people in the reception sitting and no one bothered to even open the door. It’s ironic that the hotel only has 3.9 rating in makemytrip and they have boasted it by placing it on the reception. The room was just enough for one night stay. There were no windows and it appears a little dingy in many aspects. The geyser was working.

1. location: far away from city and around 3 to 4 km from airport. it takes 15 to 20 minutes to reach Gauhati Unilversity. 2. Food: Average taste. I didn't like the thali items. personally ordered plain dal without chilly, omlette without chilly and fish fry for my 2 years old. very satisfied with that part. 3. very neat and clean. 4. Helpful and polite staff. 5. Uber service is easily accessible. But u have to wait for local auto or battery rickshaw on the National Highway which is little bit problematic. 6. Right now there is no nearby local shop or market. For anything u want u hv to hire a cab and reach the nearest dharapur market (5/6 minutes distance by car). 7. But the ultimate problem we faced with washroom and electricity. Experienced power cut more dn 6/7 times... though it came immediately but my little one started crying midnight fr this. And in the washroom exhaust fan was not working. There was no place to hold ur clothes as the rod was broken. We requested them to fix it soon or at least change our room but they somehow ignored the matter. So we experienced a smelly clean washroom.

the hotel is moderately new. I booked the standard deluxe which doesn't have window. however the room and bathroom is tidy. great to have a stay for a day. ac is working. Staff behaviour is exceptionally good. I highly recommend it. breakfast was provided.

Excellent and good location with friendly employees

It was my recent stay , I booked one the best room , the location is easy to find , had to wait for 1 hour at lobby because of previous guest issues and slow staff work, the room is great , nice bed , great ambience, the glasses could have been tinted or filmed , if your remove the curtains the guy at the street could see you & your bedroom to 3rd floor clearly, the bathroom is nice but the Exhaust Fan was broken , didn't expected that. While delivering food to our room , hospitality members had to be instructed multiple times for small things. Alot of items from the Menu were not available. Overall stay was good. They start giving attention to details.

It was a nice stay. Rooms and washrooms were clean, spacious and Hyginic. Room service was okay too. We just stayed for overnight so can’t comment on food.

the rooms were clean and the staff was very cooperative. it's near the airport so it's quite convenient to reach there. the services were fantastic.

Sticky floor. Slippery washroom. broken electric jug. Rs 2.5 coffee packet ( Bad quality). Dammed room. Food: Very bad taste. I ordered Chicken thalli, all the food items tasted very bad. coffee was good. Had multiple times.

My stay in hotel rhino was pretty impressive staff were warm and welcoming, also not forgetting the food were good specially the chicken masala . Had a satisfied stay in the hotel
