tiny and dirty
the rooms are very tiny and dirty, the bedspread and towels were unusable, discolored. Though the size itself isn't a problem, the overall hygiene is a concern. the staff is fine, and the location is safe, but not recommended.

Thank you for your feedback, though quite an unusual one for us. We have a stringent check-list for housekeeping and linen quality check. When you said that you had issues with linens, even if we assume that it might have slipped through our tight quality checks, we find it strange that why the guest can't give us a call immediately. We remember that your booking came in the Economy Single room category (basic starting category) and you wanted a bigger room in different category. Any room category upgradation comes for an additional price. And unfortunately, you were not ready for that. Probably that triggered most of your unhappiness. In any case, it's unfortunate that we could not live up to your expectation. We will try our best to provide you a better stay and would request you to see the room description about the size etc next time if you make a reservation here. Thank you. Regards

the staff is very polite and disciplined.rooms are clean and neat. I tried eating light dinner which was very good.whenever I stay at this place It feels homely not like staying in some hotls

Excellent Stay
It is in a fantastic location, very near to the main road. Plus the inn staff were very hospitable and helpful. Quiet and Serene, fantastic place, really loved it.

The category you booked was "Economy Double Room. We are a bit astonished that this is your fourth stay in this property and in 3 out of those 4 stays, you stayed in exactly the same room, where you were accommodated this time. We really did not anticipate that, you would find issue with the room size on your 3rd stay in the same room. Excellent Stay
It was indeed a wonderful stay. I travel-led alone and from the safety point of view there is nothing to worry about. The manager and the caretakers are very well responsive. Will always try to help in whatever way it’s possible. Rooms will be regularly cleaned. Also rooms are exactly as shown in photos. U can choose accordingly. Most of the time i ate outside but whatever food i had was good. Overall it was an excellent stay and worth the price.

Wrist never go in this hotel
Wrist experience with hotel stuff behaviour. I had to cancel my booking, in call they are agreed after that they didn't give any respons i didn't get any refund. Fraud hotel

The person never turn up and never picked up any call from the property. When finally property could connect to the guest at around 11 pm (in the night. Please note the reservation was for the same day) and the person asked for cancellation. Yes, property declined the refund as the reservation was not in the cancellation window and the guest never bothered responding multiple calls and messages from the property since the time booking came in. Not sure, how this guest can rate our amenities when the person did not even turn up. With utmost humility, we really don't care how such people rate us with malafide intentions. Totally illogical to ask for refund at 11 o'clock in the night for the same day reservation when the guest never even bothered picking up multiple calls.

soloThe main thing i liked was that the staff were friendly. The room was tiny but it’s ok for a solo traveller as all the basic amenities were available including ac.

businessService is ok and staff is polite but stay was not comfortable. There was a lot of slippage in the rooms and ac and geysars were not working properly

Thank you for your stay and for your feedback. The AC issue was due to wrong mode selection in the remote control which was resolved as soon as we were informed. Regarding geyser, when we checked in front of the guest, hot water was coming and guest used that. Thank you again for your stay.

We have to say, you chose a wrong property. This property operates within the specified policies and we definitely don't want any guest who keeps asking about certain requirements which we are NOT ready even to hear from a guest. We don't have any hesitation to say that we are not keen on hosting such guests.

Everything is fine except for some moron staying in the room before me who left a window open because of which so many mosquitoes had hidden in the room that despite using the all out liquid i couldn't sleep at all.
