Hotel is so far & hotel food is not good and very costly all the items. Customer support is not active all the times. Room is clean but bed is not good.

At 11. 50 we reach in night just after booking they show a bamboo cottage which have mosquito and is not livable there is no airconditioner. We request for another accommodation which they ask for 3000 more but it is also a place like hospital beds and not having anything like hotel i we didn't checkin and left without stay.

The bamboo room stay was great. It's just that host should be little more proactive, as there was no drinking water container or they were giving it themselves, unless asked for it.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The rooms shown in picture dont match with that shown in picture. Bamboo cottage is disaster. Its something like we use to keep our pets. Its not even standard of servant quarters. They charged additional money for better room. But room was worth the money. Staff was really helpful too. Overall good experience. showing your ac and delux room picture to be that of bamboo cottage. Bamboo cottage is total waste. No decent individual will stay there.
