Hotel Prag Continental

I stayed at this hotel for two days. While the location is excellent — centrally situated and very convenient — there were several issues with the room that affected the overall experience. The telephone was not connected, the bedsheet had holes and strands of hair and was not replaced initially, there was no hot water in the tap, and the Wi-Fi connection was extremely slow (the password was only provided upon request at the reception). Some of the bathroom taps were broken, and at one point, the door key also stopped working. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very polite, courteous, and prompt in responding to complaints. They did address a few issues quickly, but unfortunately, the hot water problem remained unresolved throughout my stay. Overall, while the location is prime and the staff are commendable, the room conditions and maintenance standards need significant improvement.

It’s was a comfortable stay but there were cockroaches on the drawers otherwise the stay was very nice. I will definitely stay at hotel Prag again

Room was ok but as soon as i entered there was some kind of smell there also was a small leak from the ceiling of the bathroom dont know if that was clean water or sewage water

This is my second stay in this Hotel. Good property, rooms are decent enough as per the budget in this prime location and staffs are well trained.

A wonderful and very safe place to stay and also experience a home like feeling, because the Team along with Managers are so humble to help you address all your issues when you face. So adjustable and felt comfortable staying with Hotel Prag Continental, Guwahati. It’s located in the heart of the city but without the traffic noise.

It was a very good experience and I had a pleasant stay... Would definitely recommend...

They are very bad in service and their food is terrible

First water flooded from AC , room changed seconds room furniture broken , room phone not working have to call from mobile

Not a great experience. The room was not clean, and basic amenities were missing. Staff seemed unresponsive, and the food quality was below expectations. Location was okay, but overall not worth the price.

Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.. the staff was also very cooperative and helpful.. food was nice as well
