the staff was very good , breakfast till 10 am very good food , this property very close to Brahamputra river walking distance , excellent staff , 24/7 open , anytime you can go outside and IN. Bar service

Rooms were unclean, washrooms were unclean unhygienic. Unbearable smell and hotel staffs were rude. Very disappointed

Terrible Stay
Pros-the hotel is accessible to umananda and kamakya.There is room service and attached resturant. Cons-extremely rude receptionist. The room floor was extremely dirty and sticky. Bathroom has wierd smell.AC was bearly working. Intercom was not working. Upon complain after waiting for 2hrs room was cleaned. We cleared the room at 6am itself and handed over keys and requested for checkout till 12pm or atleast a room to change our dresses(we were visiting kamakya temple and just wanted to change dresses after coming back). But receptionist was extremely saying calling us at 11am should I ask other guests to wait for u at 11am.(the check in time was 1pm and we gave keys and consent to keep it ready for next guests).there were rooms available too. Paying and informing upfront and adjusting with the worst hospitality but to be thrown out. Will never recommend.Dont do by the pictures.

Good Stay
The overall staying experience was good. But there were some bad experiences too as mentioned below 1. The pillow covers were so dirty. 2. The quality of breakfast was also not good enough.

it was good stay at treebo Apollo Guwahati It's near Kamakhya temple and market, The staff was very polite and helpful manager Nipuraj is very helpful and friendly behaviour

Terrible Stay
Treebo appolo is nthng as shown on website. Its a very shady looking property where when we went we found the lobby like a back door entry with smell of cheap liqour n smoke in the air with around 10 staff standing there The whole place looked do shady that we booked another property n stayed there

Good Stay
The stay was good. We stayed in Room 12. The rooms would have been better if there were windows in the room. The corridor by the room was noisy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was rationing on tea bags and sugar sachets, which could have been better. Overall a good hotel for business stay but not for leisure.

Staff Behaviour and Location is BEST
Location is good and just 6 km from Kamakya temple and 2 km from railway station. Staff is very supportive and food is really clean and tasty. Behaviour of staff deserves a 5 STAR

firstly room cleaning standard was not as per quality of treebo , complimentary 1 water bottle was there . Food was not good ,only single fruit no juice /water there Food was not hot

No hygiene AC not working
No hygiene and very dirty rooms ..I will suggest don’t recommend any one.

Very bad.
Don't book this hotel. Picture and reality is different. Smelly room. No proper water supply in bathroom. Poor quality room. When we ask about water supply in bath room they said 'aur rooms me to nhi hai... aapke me kaise hai.' When we reached , no one was there at front office. Its terrible. And no nearby any market. Outside area from temple and market.
