It was a great stay. The rooms were clean. It was spacious and the food was amazing. The staffs were trained

Location was fine based on my needs Food quality was bit degraded considering last time's Facilities were basic The washroom heater was not working even though it was mentioned as a facility. Even requested for a room change but that didn't happen. And no one could fix the heater

room were clean, and staff were also polite breakfast was delicious location is also well located

Light disconnecting so many times. I told them to recharge the tv but they didn't. net wasn't working. The landline wasn't working. The lock wasn't available in the bathroom's gate. I didn't take my breakfast due to dirty & Unhygienic kitchen. Ac was too low and it was working very slow. One thing was good that room was very good and clean as well as bathroom was also clean because it is new constructed hotel. Otherwise all things was not in proper way. I didn't feel good there.

tv not working. poor electricity. light will go off suddenly. did not find any lock for wardrobe and table.

Worst hotel, Bugs in the room. Booked Delux Twin but offered and stayed in different room. Never go to this place.

Location is geat, food is very good. But AC was not working properly. AC badly needs servicing. The bathroom also need some attention

House keeping is worst. Rooms are not properly maintained. Complimentary breakfast is not served even it is add in the booking.

This stay was pleasant, the service came whenever i demanded, no unnecessary knocking at the door, which was great for me. Thank you for making this stay satisfying and peaceful.

Breakfast is not served on time. It was supposed to be served at 8am and all staffs are sleeping. Behavior of staffs is not good. Room condition deteriorated compared to last year. I have re-booked based on this. But quality becomes poor at the same time price gone up. Significant improvement needed mainly for professionalism in running a property like this.

Experience was good. Staff were well behaved. Food could have been less spicy. Ambience was very good.

A decent 3 star pocket friendly hotel surrounded by shops and in proximity to bashisht temple, balaji temple and sarusajai stadium.

The location of the hotel is not exactly in the main area of guwahati city, therefore it’s best for people who doesn’t want a hotel in the busy area, yet at the same time it’s not secluded either. The food pricing is the best till date of any hotels i have stayed in, five star for that.
