It was a great a experience to be there. Ambience was good. Specially the pool. Food is also good.

Food is okay. Staff is awesome. Rooms and bathrooms are very unhygienic and dirty.

Decent experience, nothing exceptional but nothing terrible either. The stay was comfortable, and basic needs were met. Room for improvement in some areas, but overall, it was an average stay.

Service was average. Limited options in breakfast poori sabji and paratha. Both are oily food and we cannot eat this.

I reached the property at 8 am with my daughter after travelling for 10 hrs throught the night hoping to get an early entry. To our surprise there was no one in the reception. Waited for around 30-40 mins. While waiting we roamed the property and went to see the swimming pool. It was a mess. Looked like that it was not at all functional. The reason we booked that property was that it has a swimmmg pool. Aftwr waiying for so long when I did not get any confirmation I came out of the property as both me my daughter needed to go and freshen up after a tiring long bus journey. But, I got the first response as that the policy does not allow me refund as the cancellation window crossed. But I also received a mail that the propert accepted full refund. Regarding the property - never had any such bad hotel experience earlier
