We stayed at this hotel in March and decided to stay again in October not because it’s the best option near the airport, but simply because we were familiar with it. However, this time the experience was very disappointing.
The next day, the receptionist called accusing us of breaking one of their plates, which we absolutely did not. Despite our denial, they insisted their staff had complained. It’s frustrating to be blamed for something you didn’t do, especially when you’re only staying a few hours before catching a flight.
Overall, the staff’s behavior was generally good, but accusing guests without proof was very disappointing. Also the food is tasteless and overpriced.
