Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Not Even Worth ₹400! I stayed at this hotel in Guwahati, and it was a complete disaster. room that isn’t even worth ₹400! • AC didn’t work – It was an old, useless AC from ages ago. • No WiFi – Even though they promised it, there was none. • Terrible washroom – Extremely dirty, with the toilet and bathing area almost sticking to each other. • Zero staff support – The staff was not helpful at all. • NO LIFT • No parking – There was no proper parking facility at all. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I strongly request everyone: do not book this hotel if you are coming to Guwahati. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star!

Misleading Booking – Avoid This Hotel! I booked this hotel in advance, but when we arrived, we were told that the rooms were "full." Instead of honoring our reservation, they shifted us to another hotel they "own" nearby. Once we got there, it was clear the second hotel was of much lower quality—basic, uncomfortable, and definitely not worth the price we originally paid. There was a significant price and quality difference between what we booked and what we were forced to accept. we were left with no real choice after arriving tired from travel. This is completely unacceptable and dishonest. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking here

The hotel was good, rooms were clean, staff was very nice, worth every penny for 2000/night, only thing i am not giving it 5 stars is that there were some minute problems in washroom like shower handle was not smooth, flush tank was leaking amd there is no lift in hotel. Else everything was excellent, even the guard took our bags to our room.

In one single our experience was horrible. Firstly, there is no lift. Imagine you get a room at 4th floor n you have to climb every time you need to go out. The rooms are super damp and dusty. Dust n dirt particle are there in each n every corner of the rooms. Cobweb and betel spitting stains are there in the walls. They don't even provide ac remote. Hairs over bedsheet n pillow cover. There is a long list. Family ppl better avoid. We spent a terrible 12 hrs there.

The hotel was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The receptionists were efficient and answered all our questions with a smile. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel's location was also great, within walking distance of the Guwahati Airport

No lift very small room size i had up and down from 5 th floor 5 time s in a day for breakfast check in check out etc very very pathetic breakfast, no option available i don't know how mmt has included this hotel in biz option
