Hi Manya, Greetings of the Day. We apologise for the inconvenience you had to face. As we had already informed you earlier, our Complimentary Buffet Breakfast timings are 8 am till 10:30 am. You had requested for a packed Breakfast at 11:00 am which was not possible from our end. Also, our Check Out Timing is at 11 am.
