Reception staff are not well trained in dealing with MMT bookings. Plus, my club room had a problem with the lock. Even after reporting it to the hotel, they did not even ATTEMPT to resolve. Food is fine.

location was perfect in the middle of the city,food was superb and services are very quick response..too good

The location was good!! Hotel was good but the space was a bit cramped. The food was amazing!! We had all three meals. Highly recommend.

terrible..worst service...very bad behaviour of receptionist..we booked 2 rooms with King size bed but they provide one small room and other one is also not good

Property was big and had good parking space, reception is located on 2nd floor and staff is helpful Room are smaller compared to counter parts with less bathroom amenities like no handwash, hair dryer, slippers etc. No swimming pool or gym but had a banquet Breakfast was good but i think could have had slightly more options Restraunt and bar were good Staff was really good and sincere.

We booked the Moon Suite for a family stay. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures—clean and comfortable. Courteous staff and a good breakfast made our stay pleasant. The hotel is centrally located and well connected by all modes of transport. Nehru Stadium is right opposite—a bonus if you enjoy early morning walks.

Overall experience is good. Staff behaviour is also decent.

I had a pleasant stay at Ornate Hotel in Guwahati. The hospitality was warm, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was prompt. The staff were courteous and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guwahati.

The stay was very good. Location, staff behavior is excellent. Breakfast options are impressive. Room was clean and service is also very good. One observation which certainly needs improvement. The carpets at the corridor are really dirty and bad odour coming out of them. One can smell it each time walking through while going to the room. Did not experience food as such, have some soups which were average.

The food was absolutely fantastic 10/10 the room was also nice with extra amenities, Although the room photos were abit deceptive and not worth the luxury name but still a nice experience
