Hotel Green Valley

The hotel Services are below average. There is no buffet breakfast, you have only one option, no water in buffet. Room is OK. Food is also average even with huge rate. Location is good. I will look for other option next time.

Was not able to visit that day as my partner was not well we shared this with hotel and even with make my trip team havent got any help

We found small cockroaches near bed. Receiponist man asking for extra money for Children. We told him i booked from MakeMyTrip not off line. But room is very 3rd creatures were moving here and there.

There was no toilet paper and Ac remote was also missing.

everything was excellent... complimentary breakfast was not that much tasty...I've stayed there for 3 nights, so I found repetition in menu... and bathroom drainage was inconvenient...improper drainage hole results into waterlogging...if that thing is corrected, this will be the excellent hotel...

रूम की पिक्स जो ऐप में हे उससे बहुत छोटा हे। रूम में कॉक्रेच हे । रूम सर्विस बहुत बेकार हे .। चाय का ऑर्डर दिया १ घंटे के बाद ले कर आया। टीवी चल नहीं रहा था नो सिग्नल आता हे । फ्रिज खराब था। वाइफाई NETWORK आते नही हैं। ये होटल सिर्फ कुछ घंटों के लिए CUPLE के लिए ही हे बिजनेस ओर फैमिली के लिए नहीं हे ।

The room was clean but basic. Staff were slow and not polite. Food was okay, not the best. Wi-Fi kept disconnecting. Overall, an average stay.

Room space is very good, Room Service is little unsatisfactory. Landlines was not working, food service was not available during my stay from 11AM to 1PM till my Check Out.

It was worst stay ever. Room was full of cockroaches, dirtiest toilet. Asked for coffee & they served only milk with water with excuse that coffee is finished. Staff behavior, specially manager was terrible.

The food was horrible, the fridge provided in our room doesn't work ,the staff was not very helpful.

Overall facilities are very good . Staff are curious and polite , specially Mr. Kailesh Deka. He co operate and try to solve at an earliest. Regards Sanjay kumar srivastava

worse experience ever.no security section available at main gate.ni restrictions to strangers to visit inside hotel .same experience I do have at midnight three strangers from local side came up on floor & knocked the door so harsh just to make me scared .it's total try to make me theft over the night or may be something more.this kind of act should not be bare at any cost.want refund for this hotel.
