HOTEL STARLINE

Location is conveniently placed near Paltan Bazar, Food is expensive, Amenities and Services are good.

I booked two rooms for two days 17th Oct 25 to 19th Oct 25. In our both rooms basic item towel, hanger all are missing. The fan switch was out of order. How we bathe in the bathroom without any hangers / rod.

The AC is very old and not working properly. The bathroom fittings are also in the same condition.

Its not that great/worth to stay ... they show something @MMT and MMT should check the what they posted by there vendors ...

It was not upto the hype the executive room was below average and the room was not that clean the bathroom was so smelly over-all I don't get enough services for what I paid

I had a pleasant stay hotel room is good and staff is helpful food good also , room is clean and all amenities are available

Location is near Guwahati railway station, which will make it convenient and cleanliness was also good and food was also nice.

The place is somewhat okayish for a short stay in the city, but considering the price, it could work on some more comfort for the guests. Everything seemed very outdated. The service was very average.

Too old hotel extremely dirty I would never recommend to stay in this hotel there are many hotels with less price

Room, service and location all the stars to them. The room was so good and clean. Service was quick and fast. The location was just 10 min away from the station and the other side of the Paltan bazar market so best hotel

Hotel was okay type,rooms are fines,staff are rude sometimes, house keeping staff was rude sometimes,food was tasty

I stayed for two days but they did not clean the room even once. the housekeeping team was completely unresponsive

The hotel stay was average. Food quality was okay, but definitely overpriced. Basic amenities were missing – no iron press was provided, water pressure in the faucet gun was very low, and the bathroom door did not close properly. Bedsheets were also not changed daily, which was disappointing. The hotel’s location is right on the main road, so traffic congestion is quite common, making it inconvenient at times. Overall, it could have been a much better experience with proper maintenance and attention to guest comfort.

The staff was polite and the food was truly awesome, highly recommended. The rooms were clean and their response to room service war prompt.

Everything is good but the behavior of receptionist is not good

This hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The location was also great, making it easy to explore the city. I

Food: Tasty and hygienic. But a little expensive. Location: Excellent. One of the best in the city. Facilities: Good no doubt. But a bit of maintenance needed. Staff behaviour: Very much cordial and polite.
