Overall a good stay and would recommend
The stay was very good. Location, staff behavior is excellent. Breakfast options are impressive. Room was clean and service is also very good. One observation which certainly needs improvement. The carpets at the corridor are really dirty and bad odour coming out of them. One can smell it each time walking through while going to the room. Did not experience food as such, have some soups which were average.

Stay at HotelOrnate Guwahati
I had a pleasant 2-night stay at Hotel Ornate – the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the room service was prompt and good. The location is excellent, being close to all the major sightseeing spots in Guwahati. The morning breakfast was tasty, though it can be further improved by rotating menu items instead of repeating the same dishes on consecutive days. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Good stay at Guwahati
The breakfast is not that good as they have less varieties, the location is good. The staffs are very cooperative too

Very Bad experience
Very Bad hospitality, room was bad, AÇ was making lot of noise and they were not willing to pay attention, we have checked in late evening, incharge manager was telling to cancel the room.. Very Very BAD experience

It was a pleasant stay with all the excellent hospitality & well furnished room with a beautiful view of the town. The Hygiene & cleanness was top notch , simultaneously given a soft relaxed bed. The food was mouth watering from Breakfast to dinner.

Terrible Stay
Food was okay but when I checked in the ac was not working . I got another room there also the ac was not working . I had an important video call the internet was not working and it took 2 hrs to fix it again the next day the ac was not working. Also hot water doesn’t come in bathroom

You need to keep your kitchen 24 hours on .so that customers can order food as per their need. its 3-star hotel and this facility must be there.
