hotel location, staff attitude n behavior is wonderful. rooms are well cleaned but notice that the cup for coffee in my room is very dirty. over all experience was great.

all is ok but the room service is poor. I opted for extra bed while booking but after repeated requests they brought at around 12 am, almost after 10 hrs. and and electric kettle was very dirty inside

had a very pleasant stay at Nakshatra Hotel in Beltola, Guwahati. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all modern facilities. The staff was very courteous and always ready to help, making the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The food at the restaurant was delicious with a good variety of options. Location-wise, it’s convenient and easily accessible. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guwahati.

Rude staff , non cooperative , food quality was worst and even cold the staff was not ready to give hot and fresh food instead they denied to give fresh food , the worst is there is no one to listen the complaint in the hotel not even the manger or general manger . This property is worst to stay

The hotel offers good size rooms and good housekeeping. The restaurant is also good. It's location allows you to explore the local markets . Overall a very good comfortable stay.

We stayed at Hotel Nakshatra, Guwahati on 3rd August, booked through MakeMyTrip with breakfast included. At check-in, we informed the hotel manager that we follow a Jain diet and requested no onion or garlic in our food. He assured us it would be taken care of. That night, we ordered Jain food for dinner, which was billed separately. The food was average, but acceptable. The issue arose the next morning during breakfast. When we went to the restaurant, the buffet was almost completely non-vegetarian, poorly maintained, and looked unhygienic. There was nothing suitable for vegetarians or Jain guests. We politely asked the buffet manager if Jain food could be arranged as discussed earlier. His response was shockingly rude and arrogant. He mockingly questioned what Jain food even means and began speaking in a local language, assuming we wouldn't understand. My brother-in-law, who knows Assamese, confronted him, and an argument followed. We left without eating. Before checking out, we paid our dinner bill. When asked to fill a feedback form, I refused and said I would post my feedback publicly. This experience was extremely disappointing. Hotel Nakshatra lacks professionalism, hygiene, and basic hospitality. Avoid.

Prime Location of the Hotel. Service is very good and fast with cordial staffs. The complimentary breakfast menu is short and request additional varieties. The rooms are clean. Recommend to take the city view rooms for enhanced experience.

Room was good but I stay over there for 4days and after 2nd day AC was not working from night and the hotel team provide me another room on the next day late afternoon. So I would suggest to do maintainence property so that guest will suffer in future in this summer season. First of all what I like most about this hotel is the staff behaviour.. they are very polite and also like to mention the food it’s very good . Rooms are spacious and comfortable

The hotel staff had been misguided for an early check in. After confirmation of early check in also they had not allocated the room and were misguided to wait up to 5 hrs.

1. Please change it to 1. 1. I had an incredibly bad experience at this hotel. As a solo woman traveling to guwahati for a friend’s wedding, i was shocked by the lack of safety and professionalism. As soon as i plugged in my laptop, the adapter sparked, burst, and caught fire. Alarmed, i immediately called room service to report the fire, but they directed me to housekeeping. When i tried calling housekeeping, no one picked up. Desperate, i contacted reception, and after being transferred to another call, an electrician finally arrived. This was a serious fire hazard that could have led to a major incident, yet the response was unacceptably slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to my safety. To make matters worse, when i complained about the issue, the staff blamed me, claiming it was all my fault. I requested a different room, but they refused to guarantee one. As i left the room, one of the staff made a derogatory comment, calling me a “problematic woman. ” such unprofessional behavior is absolutely unacceptable. This hotel is unsafe, and the staff is rude and dismissive. No matter how reasonable the price may seem, do not stay here. Your safety and dignity are not worth the
