Everything was very good as expected..the are clean and the food is good 👍 and will surely love to visit again

Worst hotel in response of customer booking, booking done from MMT and after landed Guwahati, after reached hotel location, property was closed and after several calls to hotel number, no response received. Total waste of time and money.

Jitna pesa charge hua ek din ka uss hisab se itna khash room nhi tha , upar se mene 3 room change kiye usme se 2 rooms me geyser nhi chal rha tha , kuch bhi baat krni ho toh reception pe niche bulate he baar baar call pe coordination nhi krte. Overall itna khash experience nhi tha

There was no window in the room. I requested thrice for wifi and still they didn't gave wifi.

he receptionists are not good in manners They talk with the guest very rudely 14th sep 2025, time 17:30hrs They take extra charge and behave like ( Tumko jitna dena hein de do )

Service is poor. No cleanliness. Staff are rude. They have no idea about anything. They didn't even give us a wifi password after asking several times. Also, they let us stay in a different room than the actual booking.

While the checkin operator tried to saying the room is not available so it gave me another room, but when I entered the room it was garbage, I said this is not what is in the photo and no ac here so he changed the room where the interior is exactly like the photos but totally unhygienic, the smell of cigarettes, bugs, itchy bedsheets, can't open windows people doing construction and they creep ,and windows lock was broken can't close, whole night i was waiting for sunrise so that nothing will happen ac was making sound like generator, even more noisy then the fan..asked 3-4 times for Wi-Fi didn't get even I went 3 times to the counter to ask what's wrong with my room wi-fi. it's the worst experience of travelling till the date , couldn't sleep till 3am .. blacklist the hotel...

I had a terrible experience staying at Hotel Mayur in Paltan Bazar, Guwahati. The biggest issue was the irresponsive and unprofessional staff. They were rude, unhelpful, and acted like they were doing a favor just by answering basic questions. Repeated calls to the reception for water, towel, or room cleaning were either ignored or delayed for hours. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality. 3

The hotel facilities and room service are very good and the location of the hotel and decoram of the hotel is awesome and the very good hygiene of the hotel and the food quality are very good.

No AC in the reception & lobby areas too humid & staff takes too much time in proceedings. Rooms okey, ACs need regular services. Refrigerator not working in most of the cases.
