My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was dirty, and the bed sheet was both torn and stained. The pillow cover was clearly used and extremely dirty. The TV was not working, and there was no Wi-Fi available, which made the stay even more inconvenient. In the bathroom, a used towel was hanging, and the geyser was not working, so there was no hot water. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were very poor. I am very unsatisfied with my experience and would not recommend this hotel.

This is the second visit and surprisingly they refused to allocate any room after pre booking the room with advance payments.

Hotel was okay but poorly maintained. Dust everywhere, mosquitoes and unhygienic washroom. I asked for the AC remote to turn it ON but the guy on reception didn’t give me. I asked for the normal drinking water but staff asked me to buy the bottle. I mean, at least you can provide one glass drinking water to the guests.

The stay wasn't good at all. The staff is not at all efficient there, they serve cold food u ll have to ask them to do twice be it any work from ordering coffee to asking for a bottle of water they won't listen the first time.

Situated in main market of gauhati. You can easily access the market and find everything for your needs

Previously i stay at hotel, there's provide good service so i'm very happy in this journey, i hope next time similar kind of provide services

Condition of the rooms were totally different from the uploaded pictures, intercom were not working and no intercom in the 2nd room, full of mosquitos, its just an average guest house.... so had to check out without staying

The room service is very good. The location of the hotel is also good in case people want to avoid the noise and rush of the city.

It is a great stay at hotel pratishtha by pikfresh receptionists are very well frank. Rooms are clean and hygienic all staff services and behaviour is very good, value for money, i would like to recommend this hotel specially for medical patients as it is near by to sankardev netralaya and pratiksha hospital

I forgot some of my belongings when i checked out and when i return back. The staff didn't help me out.

Mosquitos are a hell lot and bathroom is not upto mark baki mast we had a lovely time the check in and check out was smooth
