Location is good. Room and amenities are quite impressive. Service need to improve. Complimentary breakfast was very welcome step.

Average Stay
Property has a lot of potential but it isn't well maintained. Eg. My bathroom door knob was broken, towels were ragged, etc. Staff is sweet and will accommodate requests. Eg i needed an early breakfast (8 am) as i had a flight and they don't serve till 8. 30. But they were willing to make it happen was frustrated during check out 1. Card machine wasn't working to complete payments 2. Had asked the staff if the main gate was open (350 m from the cottage area) for the cab to enter. They said yes and disappeared because it was early morning (7 am) but gate was locked. I had to walk with my suitcase to the main gate. Not pleasant when you are chasing a flight and have a heavy suitcase which you can't drag on semi constructed road

Terrible experience at chang’s resort
It was terrible experience to stay here. The room was dirty, moisture on walls even washroom wasn’t clean. The room was small & smelly.

Good Stay
The place was really beautiful and really well maintained. The only challenge was that a few things in our room was not working like the landline phone, hot water not coming, etc. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay.

Horrible stay and pathetic foo
businessPathetic stay in hotel. 1st thing when we reached they took 30 min saying we have no intimation of booking then they gave a room where ac was not working. When after 1 hr after repeated phoncalls and arguments they changed our room they gave us one with stinking bathroom horrible service. We asked for early breakfast next morning at 7am and they said that kitchen opens at 8 and v cant serve b4 8. 30. Even at 8. 30 there was nobody at restaurant. And when they served breakfast which was oily parantha and aloo bhaji and tea

It is very near from accoland. If you have no personal car or you like to do little exercise can go and come walking from resort to the accoland. Everything is fine but lighting at nights are low. For families having children good to stay. But sports items are very limitedpork at dinner was fantastic as well as it was a strong breakfast in the morning.

Average Stay
The rooms are good but that's about it. The service is not up to the par. Also before confirming your booking on make my trip kindly call the property and ask if the said room type is ac or non ac. Standard rooms are non ac.

1. Staff have no ideas of room numbers, for any orders or services they will ring the wrong doorbell of others numbers. It’s very disturbing 7 or 8 times they did that in single night, if it’s intentional it’s disgusting. 2. No good planning and coordination. 3. Ambience is very poor not like resort

Room was nice neat and clean. Service was also good. Crowd free place. But comlimentary break was poor. No wifi available (as per information during book wifi is available. No any activities to do

I had a pleasant stay there. I especially enjoyed the lake view balcony. I loved eating at their beautiful restaurant too. The staff were nice.
